Having their legs wrapped completely around your body isn't bad though...

Socially acceptable?
If you have the face to pull it off.
P.S. We here on SuFu don't really care what is socially acceptable, or that's all we care about. I can't remember...

Heads up. I went to the Paris Uniqlo yesterday. They have a good stock of +J Flannel Trousers (29,90€), along with some +J blazers. They also had a M/L/XL of the +J down/puffy blazer left, for < 100€. I don't know if they take phone orders or not, but you could give them a call and check it out.

Woke up early to snag the Mark McNairy x TBS Derby's... Didn't fucking happen. They were gone in my size within 10 minutes of the sale starting. If someone on SuFu picked them up in a UK11, and doesn't like them/they don't fit. Let me know.

This thread needed a revival. I guess all the redheads hide when it's cold outside.

Thanks. I guess she's the even better looking version of Lindsey.

Is that Lindsey Wixson? If so, damn! If not, who?

just got a dslr, anybody got suggestions on how i can make my photos turn out better? they are okay but not nearly what i'd like to be able to do.
I've mentioned this a few times in this thread, and I'm going to do it again. Before you worry about new glass, post-processing, etc. buy the book Understanding Exposure by Bryan Peterson. It's technically straightforward, and will teach you lots of basic to semi-intermediate ideas about using natural light, composition, exposure, choosing an aperture/shutter speed, etc. High end gear and software is awesome, but you can only do so much with it if you don't have a grasp on the basics.

That's what I figured. Thanks for confirming. I'm leaning towards booking the trip in June.
Anyone else have any info about my question regarding a Weekday proxy?
even if I'm not Swedish, as a fellow Scandinavian I can positively say that the best time of year to go is during the summer.

I have a couple questions regarding Stockholm/Sweden. I'm currently living in Paris and I'm about to book a ticket to Stockholm so I'm wondering what time frame you would recommend? I'm thinking about coming in either the middle/end of April or waiting until the middle of June. What would you recommend in terms of weather, events, and overall activity in Stockholm during those time frames? I have no issue with cold weather, but would like to enjoy the city and country when it's a bit more active. Does the weather/activity change much between those time frames?
Second, I would really like to get my hands on some goods from MTWTFSS Weekday. Is there anyone in Stockholm, or another spot in Sweden that has a retail store that would be willing to proxy some items for me? I have tried to find some info on the Weekday site about purchasing over the phone, but haven't had any luck. If you would be willing to help me out, please get in touch with me via a message. Thanks!

x post from Supershopper Small Questions Thread. Any help would be appreciated.
Does anyone know how to purchase from MTWTFSS Weekday other than in-store? They have some stuff on sale that I could definitely get down on. I've never seen it in person, and am quite surprised that they don't have some sort of retailer in Paris. Any Swedish proxies out there?

I'll definitely be doing this within the next year (most likely next winter). I need to grow up a bit more so my beard is thick enough. I agree that it looks really good if the beard is proper.
fuk if i had the genes i would grow a massive rasputin beard and leave the top buzzedd reaaal short. i think that look is dope(some weirdo in my classes has it)

If you're around the Marais/live in Paris, it's worth a stop. After that go to Café Le Progrès, which is right down the street and stare at all the hip/rich Parisians who frequent that place.

Anyone know why Très Bien didn't make their Our Legacy Derby Shoe in larger sizes? I'm still drooling over them, yet I never even had a chance...

Might as well re-post for the new lurkers since it's been awhile since I've posted in here.

Thanks to you Midnight, every schoolboy obsession and fetish I have has just been realized.

Yeah, they had the Cameraman jacket and I pretty much raped it.
This isn't exactly Cabourn style, but was also super nice imo...

Just moved to Paris (again). I'm fucking happy to be here (again). It might sound stupid, but I forgot how awesome some places are. I stopped by Uniqlo and French Trotters yesterday. Uniqlo still has a decent stock of +J and FT pretty much blew my mind. I was gonna cop a few things, but I'm living out of a suitcase right now. Appartment hunting is a bitch, at least there's couchsurfing...

It's good to see some images of the single pieces rather than the lookbook, which seems pretty plain. I'm in Paris so I'm planning on going to check it out day 1. The riders jacket and possibly some trousers will definitely be copped if they're not cut too slim for my frame. I can do proxies as well if people are willing to pay the $ to € conversion or for those in Europe who can't get to Paris.
