  1. I got fat over the holiday and now I have to work hard to get it off, and I'm thinking of taking off an extra ten or so, trying to get under 110. So I ran 2 miles today, it sucked, and now I'm taking a break from my hundred crunches to do something that doesn't hurt.

    I'm in ouch land.

  2. I can go either way, sometimes i smoke, sometimes i dont. i'll just forget to buy cigs, and then that's pretty much it for a while, intil i remember like 6 months later.

  3. some people need more exfoliation than others, and you may also be improperly exfoliating. you're scrubbing around dead skin and bacteria when you exfoliate, and clogs and bacteria are what cause acne. Use a light touch, dont scrub yourself, just lightly rub, like the dentist tells you - you aren't trying to clean your teeth, you're just trying to break up bacteria deposits; in this case, you aren't trying to scrub off a layer of skin or something, just break up the dead skin so it rinses off easier. After that, wash and rinse like normal to remove the dead skin and grime. If you have a good face cloth (hand knit cotton are the best, use the bumpy side, IMO), you shouldn't really need to go through extra trouble exfoliating, just the act of washing your face will do you good, unless you shed a lot or have a really dirty face.

  4. some of the stuff that is "not available for wholesale" is available, I've bought it. if the item number starts with that "RSA...", then wholesalesrs cannot get it, other's are maybe/maybe nots.

  5. Cheers Mate! Come to .nz man, I'll buy the pints.:D

Might have to do a world tour and go visit all the superfuturians:)

SCARF BY KERI! I want one, freddy krougar stripes?

just say the word, and i'll hook you up good. btw, what are freddy stripes, i've seen the damn movie, but i can't remember....

  6. Clinique may not have the best men's stuff, but my mom's skin is insane excema and adult acne, and clinique's eyeshadow and mascara are the only eye products that dont give her a rash. so yeah, if your skin's touchy, and you wear eye makeup, clinique is great.

Plus their basic mascara is an excellent formula, tho I prefer MaxFactor just because of the fancy brush.

  7. Ekkie, as much of an ass as he is, he lovesh me and I lovesh him, and he holds me when I cry for no damn reason (thank you pms....)

My mom, for being a bitch when I was younger and beating responsibility into me. Now we are close as heck, because she made me the person I am.

The guy who knocked me up, he took me off a path I didn't want to be on, even if he doesn't know it.

My uncle, who taught me you dont get shit if you dont work for it.

My great-grandma who's stil hot at 91, and shows me every day how to let go and let god.

And of course, my health, security, faith, and brains.

Oh yeah, I almost forgot, superfuture, you made me not have to wash my jeans.

  8. vaseline isn't very good for dry skin.

For washing, I recommend Spectrojel, similar water-based solution like Cetaphil but I I like it better.

Doesn't dry out your skin at all, actually helps moisturize it.

you are very correct, but it's a sealant, for someone who's skin releases moisture instead of holding it in, vaseline is wonderful. I drink water like mad and take vitamin E every day, the two best things you can do to work your skin from the inside out, and keep it moisturized. I've been told there's something wrong with my skin's function as a barrier. Also vaseline is incredibly good for small cuts and scrapes, you'll heal faster.

I'm not 100% sure, but I'm pretty sure my problem is that my skin doesn't produce enough oils and such, I have the same issue with my scalp, I can't wash my hair more than twice a week, and sometimes less than that in the winter to keep from having dandruff like a blizzard.

  9. areth, let me put it this way, i have skin so light i can rarely find foundation, and i still get ashy. I've actually had my skin just crack from being dry. anything other than the vaseline, and my skin's back to ashy in a few hours. works like a charm for me, but i will agree that only a few people can use it, when my sister used it, her skin went nuts.
