  2. all jeans stretch..its just the nature of the fabric...but they all return to their true form after a warm rinse...only to be stretched again....if you want something that fits like a glove you should size down...buy a pair that you can barely button up at first...theyll stretch to fit your body...problem solved

  4. the leg opening is wider than i was expecting....ive got a pair of Levis 606's with a 32 waist that are 6" across......that mynudies guy says his size waist 29 new cures have a 7.5" (19cm) leg opening...arent these supposed to be the tightest APC yet?...that doesnt seem so tight to me....i dont think that theyre actually the new Cures...probably the old Cures

  5. wow...you'd be incredibly lucky to stumble upon any pair of LVC's at a used clothing store...but to find what appears to be the first Heath prototype (the ' #1 ' marking suggests this may be the case) is just plain amazing...good eye ;)

p.s. another difference is that yours doesnt have suspender buttons, pink-line selvage or the same lock stitching as the one that was released to the general public...but that back pocket is unmistakably the Heath......im sure Levis would just love to have this pair back :P

  7. these jeans just dont do it for me...they look like a pair of Old Navy carpenter jeans...or jeans that locomotive conductors used to wear....theyre obviously built to last....but from what ive seen in thrift stores the herringbone (aka arrowhead) twill never looks good on blue denim...

dont get me wrong tho, im sure these would make very durable workpants....
