  1. Yo.

Momotaro do made to measure - around 50,000y and up. Check them out in Kojima. They also have a store in Tokyo, on the Chuo line (forgot which stop...)

Betty Smith in Kojima also do made to measure.

    Enjoy

    Hell, that's expensive.

    I guess my upper limit would be £150 ( 30, 000 yen?)

but it's always good to know the option is there, so thanks for the info

Will check out the vintage store, but as someone who needs a genuine 36 - 37inch inseam, I don't think I'm gonna find a second hand pair in Japan with that length. (?)

  2. Since Imperials were mentioned, any of you Oz guys know if there's any stores with Imperials on sale (discounted) at the moment?

looking for some black imperial kings (34)

    cheers

  3. Think I'm going to Japan (Tokyo) in March, for two weeks.

Aside from all the amazing sites of Japan to take in, does anyone know if there are any made-to-measure jeans shops in Tokyo?

I really want do a denim factory tour - but I think all the factories are based in Okinawa... Correct?

Maybe a tailor made pair of Evisu... :)

Thanks in advance for any tips

  4. Want to see research ha? This comes from years of shopping online. Is there anyone else out there that experience shopping on a uk website and the enormous price you pay compare to if you buy in north america? help me out here please...

That's because the US dollar has crumbled in value.

That means ANYTHING bought in a non US currency has become more expensive for US customers.

What jeans is it you are looking for anyway?

  5. Hi guys,

I too am getting a bit bored of wearing 'raw' all the time.

Haven't stopped liking raw jeans, just that I've stopped liking looking like I'm wearing the same outfit every day no matter what pair of jeans I have on.

I just ordered some washed Cheap Mondays for a bit of a radical change, plus they are inexpensive.

Would like some PRPS, but unfortunately inseam is not long enough.

  6. i dont think its a good idea to sticky threads.

if something is worth talking about it will naturally be kept afloat.

Also, better to admit where you work and just be honest about your reasons for talking about your products. There are loads of brand representatives on here, and none of them are attacked for openly discussing their products... Kato, Edwin Europe, etc... The problem comes when you try to manipulate people with silly PR speak... And prejudice 75% of SuFu because they don't live in the US with your competition.

    :)

  7. Yeah, basically the problem is it seems your posts were deleted because you criticised an advertiser.

So much for free speech on the internet.

Isnt it kind of prejudiced that uniqlo are only allowing "american residents" to enter the competition when a significant group of sufu users are in UK, East Asia and Europe?
