I'm terrible for holding onto shit like old magazines and other knick knacks from my childhood that when I left for university I did a cleansing of my room and recycled 95% of the magazines and random papers and donated a bunch of clothing. I also recently donated a bunch of screenprinted shirts that I made and couldn't sell in hopes that I might one day see my stuff on some random person on the street.
Even as I look around myself, there's way too much crap without sentimentality but would still be tough to get rid of.

So far it's a tie between:
The Blood Brothers the last 5 times they've played in Toronto with the Phoenix show being the best since they played The Shame.
and
Do Make Say Think + Final Fantasy at the Harbourfront Centre for Canada Day. It was a free show. DMST played first with an amazing set with all my favourite songs with strings and horns and then Owen Pallet comes on for the last couple of songs. Owen then played his set with his killer songs and then he says "there's a few songs I can't play live due to limitations of the looping pedal" and so DMST comes back on stage and joins Owen for a few songs filling out the sound incredibly. Then for the encore Owen played a song and then DMST played. Amazing.

Albert Folch Studio does some very nice work. I wish I could find a book store that sells the magazines they've designed.

I've got one of these in black and it fits my 17" Powerbook perfectly. Free bump for a sick bag.

^ it's hard sometimes to step back and realize that superfuture is made up of people all around the world. I catch myself thinking along the same lines as you and realize that I'm keeping myself from buying amazing shit just because a bunch of dudes on the internet are wearing it.

i hate that my weekends are now during the week ie. tuesday-wednesday or wednesday-thursday. It's friday night and I have to go to bed early for 5:30am wakeup.
Can't wait to be transferred to afternoons.

i ate with stir sticks because i'm throwback. it was tough but i made it through.
I once ate microwaved chili at work with a coffee cup top since all the plastic utensils usually in the caf were taken.
I hate my cellphone and its little to none reception in my neighbourhood.

It's been pretty picked over with nothing good left. I bet that NDG hoodie will make it to the wintersale, so absurdly priced.

I hate being called "buddy".

Mine sucks as well. It's some band shirt parody of Grateful Dead and Metallica with the "band name" of Muchollica in rainbow colours. Also I was expecting Japanese sizing so I opted for XL but it's fucking huge.
If anyone wants it for the cost of shipping and paypal fees i'll gladly send it their way.
At least the letter and Uniqlo paper no2 are nice.

I'm not sure why, but I watched this show religiously. Wasn't even that good.
Canada has been exporting some of the best music of this decade for sure.

I'm in hot anticipation of Strawberry Jam from what I've heard of live recordings of Fireworks live.
Feels and Sung Tongs are amazing as well but I can't really get into their other stuff. Maybe I'm not fit to comprehend it just yet or something.

TV on the Radio nailed the sophomore expansive album.
I can't stand to listen to Bloc Party's Weekend in the City, trying way too hard.
