need some help finding some denim that fits. I'm 28x30/31 in most/some jeans. The levi's skinners fit me great @ 28x30. waist is perfect. Love the low rise. I live in WI so getting a smaller pair of diesel's is impossible. I ordered a pair of 27" zathans from a store in ny and they were too big. They were so big in the waist I was afraid the 26" would be just as bad. Not only that, the rise wasn't as low as I would like. The crotch hangs down and makes my already short lets look even shorter. So I'm stuck. I usually end up resorting to women's where 25-26" jeans do the trick. I own a couple pair of women's sevens.

What can I buy? I like a low low rise, as I mentioned my legs are short and any thing that isn't pulled up as high as it goes will show my legs as looking shorter. Think a 26" in diesel, with some heavy drying would do it? I like a bootcut, like the skinner. I have a pair of true religion joey's where the 28 actually fits my waste, I had to get them hemmed though. What attracts me to diesel is the fact I can get a shorter length. I'm not a fan of altering short because even though they will fit in the length, the jeans still don't fit the best because the knee doesnt match up and it can look awkward. Any help?

hey man, i know the feeling, im 5'8 120 lbs, and i wear a 28 and sometimes that is even too big for me,

28/30 skinners fit perfect but they arent the best jeans out there allow me to explain

selvage is a type of denim that is for the most part very high quality and made on narrow shuttle looms or somethign like that. It is usually noticable by a specific looking seam on the outer sides of the jean.

i tried womans pants for a bit, they fit fine, but then the whole emo thing started and rather than be bunched up with all of them, i dropped the womens pants and just stuck it out with looser jeans.

a nice "selvage" jean for us small people is APC, they make dry denim only, but they make it in sizes ranging from 25-35+, one of their smaller jeans is the new standard or as it is now called the standard which is a straight leg very tight fit but not woman pants tight. i am currently wearing a pair of size 27 that fit me great.

    Just some basic Rules

theres nothign wrong with striaght leg jeans

there is somethign wrong with true religion, worst jeans ever made, bad designs, over priced, voer played and did i mention over priced

a pair of nice quality selvage apc costs from 120-145, a low quality pair of true religins costs anywhere from 175-275

    do the math

    and dont do true religion

rogans are the best. the ones who know will wear rogans. their sizing are a bit weird but that is the beauty of the jeans : each one is different! the cut of the jeans are great. i have over 20 pairs and they look better with age. also, rogans don't have those loud logos on the back pocket like seven and all the other brands. stick with rogans and you can't go wrong. i think that they are the neck breakers of jeans. peace

in my opinion Rogan is wwaayyy over played, their designs arent that interesting, over priced , bad cuts,

and the thread is about earl, who is quite a lovely jean

  4. Ive seen on these boards that People who rock APC are....sheep, as in looking the same as everyone else

but how would wearing any type of dry jean make you look like a sheep?

the whole purpose of Dry Jeans is that they are unique to you, and they reflect how you treat them, not the guy next to you

when it comes to dry jeans, why does it matter which brand it is, they are all going to turn out looking completely different according to who is wearing them. and what im getting to is how does wearing a jean that is in everywhere other than cut, unique to you make you a sheep?

if you are gonna call people sheep, call the 35 year old wana be metrosexuals wearing boss shirts tucked into their huge bootcut sevens with their new shoes from "aldo".

and not APC, it isnt the brand its the jean, forreal B

so what are your thoughts on the word "sheeeeep"

  5. the reason so many poeple hate on diesel, is they are enourmus and like you said people wont recognze your nudies but they will your diesels, some people take pride in the fact that poeple dont know what jeans you are wearing rather than having everyone be able to tell what brand your wearing just my your coin pocket

  6. a good idea: studfy up on your auper future maps and spend a weekend in NYC, goto every jean store you can find and try on everytyhing possible, and dont stop untill youve made a good decision about each jean and youll realise what you want and what you need and what you should mos def cop

  7. when you create a thread you should bear in mind that we as humans have little tiny things called opinions and more than quite often we begin to share them, and dealing with other human beings is just another obstical of life unless you plan on living has a hermit in cottage in the woods your whole life you might want to realise that everyones opinion has the same level of importance and no opinion is wrong. if your gonna post, post with relevance and a little tact.

yeah nice one. you.ve offered to help him but you don.t know know anything of it. it is a painstaking process to learn.

i think i just realized why the t.shirt market is so saturated with bullshit.

well i dont want to see any wandering douche bags so you might like to know that that isnt the part that i am assisting him with, i am making the designs cause ive been photoshopping for years and he would be actually making the shit.

i asked here because ive seen people advertise their Tees and it is better to learn from someone that is actually there to answer questions and not just a page of text.

and these arent tees that are being profitted from the actual market, we are profiting off the mass amount of emo kids at our school who love shit like this, all our designs will be pretty emo and shit like that cause tjhats what they love

not that im emo or anyting myself, but i am feeding to the masses so ill give them what they want.
