  2. Hey guys. thanks for the great response. A lot of these were leftovers at the office that we were trying to get rid of. In any case, I will be posting up some nice pants in the next few days (we have about 10 or so pairs). It's just taking me a while to take measurements even though they're all pretty much 48s (31/32)

The grading on the jacket was a little strange since this was the first season working with the patternguy, but the fits in this spring and the upcoming season I think are much better/more consistent.

    THanks everyone who purchased!

  3. I quickly checked through the collections from S/S02 till 04/05 and couldn't find any...

Later would be too recent for him to have been the first and earlier I couldn't find that quickly at work. Will check later at home...

Checked my Raf redux book (which shows all collection from 96 on), doesn't once use them, but most people mistake the s/s 02 one for it, which as pointed out already were shirts/scarvesish stuff.

  4. I think the issue with the whole hedi thing, and with most trends is not where it really originate but who brought it to the masses. And I certainly think hedi can take some credit for influencing David Beckhams stylist to give him a faux hawk, which in turn brought it to the masses (which is what the story was). Like everything else Hedi did, especially at dior homme, he takes influence from the streets/subcultures and "makes it his own". London street fashion for f/w 04, industrial for fall 03..etc. And i'm sure he saw some kids rocking the faux hawks and got one himself.

  5. that geller dress-shirt looks very nice, is it from S/S 08?

i didnt get a chance to try on F/W 07 in terms of the dress-shirts but could someone comment on the fit, i love the collar!

It's a 48 and its a bit relaxed but not baggy. The fabrication is really soft and a little sheer. I usually wear a 48 in dior and I found the fit of the RG one spot on as well. I'm gonna have it taken in a bit though in the arms. The signature neck strap shirts however are cut slimmer, so its generally recommend you get a size up on some people.

i want blue RG pants. where to robokop?

Check the stockist on the website http://www.robertgeller-ny.com. Most stores should have it now, I know Odin still has some pairs.

  6. also tell him that englandmj doesn't like the high level belt cuz he thinks its for bitchass tricks. But I like it.

haha. I saw that. I don't even see it as a big deal cause I don't think you shouldnt wear it strapped all the way anyway, it's gotta hang down like we had on the runway, casual.

Eh, that's just my personal styling opinion. Even strapped full on Still I think it looked good.

  7. mouko, is that 3 geller leathers you gots now or 2? did you get hit by a bus and win a personal injury case or are you friends with RG or somesing like that?

3 now. haha, Getting hit by a Geller car would be much easier, however I work at Geller.

  8. believe it or not, a startup company can be very hard to run.

I disagree. Failures are largely attributed to all the haterade drinking peers in your industry.

    See: Eric Glennie.

Just keep at it..and your time will come.

  9. damn muoko... where in NYC does one find a space that big?

It's not as big as it seems, the ceilings make it seem larger than it is. My space is a little under 560sq ft. You can def find places like this in Brooklyn for a good price, but you'll be out in brooklyn (flame all you want..I'm a manhattanite). I caught a break with my space, i'm downtown.
