  1. haha talking about bad timing with that ss 02 collection....

i thought his new collection for jil sanders was very nice, not really my style but i liked it. I thought the box shaped stuff looked good with the slim trousers but i think this collection has to grow on you... didn't like it at all when first saw it but i like it better and better. He combines his own style very nice with that of jil sanders i think, respecting both.

  2. haha milspex you're so funny man.....

    1. music is very dependend on personal taste, so fine if you don't like it but then don't post on this thread.

    2. yeah we're from holland, and i don't really care that other countries get there nbhd ft. visvim ft w)taps ft. nike stuff early and we don't get it at all, cause in terms of real fashion belgium and holland are the places where it's happening at the moment.

    3. bloc party's album was not the most brilliant album ever but it was good in my opinion, you probaly just don't like cause it's not '' underground'' anymore....

    4. anyway have a nice day man, but don't feel to good for everyone else that's not from around your place

  3. good thing you're trying to do something with your life!

i don't have any experience with this so won't give you useless comments about how to start your store but i'd like to say that dior homme is not as you said able to really blend in with the rest of your desired brands. dior is in a different league in terms of quality of the tailoring, fabrics ( at least used to be, a/w 05/9 s/s 06 were less)and just the general look and feeling of the brand. if you look at the prices then the really good dior pieces are way more expensive then any other brand you'd want to stock. also i don't think there would be a market for it, because of the price and most of the times not exactly mainstream pieces (glitter jeans eg). and ofcourse even if you had al those things worked out you would never be able to stock it.

but anyway just wanted to say this, i wish you all the best and i hope you'll be able to pull it off!

  4. have to add 2 designers:

ann demeulemeester, brilliant use of leather, boots are amazing and just the overall sort of neo-gothic inspired collections are great, good thing that the first menswear collection came out this year, i hope ann will continue with putting out great collections

alexandre plokhov, ss 06 collection by cloak is very, very nice. the collection is made with great craftmanship and there really isn't a piece in it that i wouldn't want

  12. first of all h&m stuff doesn't just fall apart, agreed it's not top quality but it's not crap either, some of their stuff is actually really good, example: the dress shirts as mentioned before.

in their price range h&m offers great quality and nice designs (although a lot of rip-offs). i prefer buying the basic stuff at h&m instead off buying some desinger stuff that is way overpriced. so h&m is just a great store for buying the basic stuff, that way you can save a lot of money and spend that on really special designer stuff!

    anyway just my thoughts...

  21. don't like them, but hey just follow your own opinion man, if you like 'em than who care what people here think? for me, i'd just stick to more traditional jeans company's like levi's, lee etc. and company's like nudie who's priority it is to make denim. i think ( but might totally be wrong) that neighborhood is more a t-shirt, hoodie, etc. company and they make some denim so they can offer a complete collection
