Connor, -Only have APC unisex, but if you do a search you'll find recent topics on APC tight and probably all styles. My size on Diesel Zathan is 33 and Unisex is 30. Received them 10 days ago and they stretched a lot. Measurements:

'side seam to side seam through the middle of the fly': 18.25" (front), 22.25" (back).

waist: 36.5" (must have stretched)

Tight jeans is said to be true to size, but Unisex runs 2 or 3 sizes big.

rockstar777, -Selvage or selvedge stands for self-edge. The special thing about it is that selvage is made on antique, narrower shuttle looms that fold the fabric on the edge instead of cutting it. Plus the majority of selvedge denim is higher quality than most common denim. There are irregularities in the selvage weaving which can be recognized, appart from the clean outseams.

If the denim is selvage, that's a higher probability the people who made it were concerned on quality and included other stuff like double ring-spun, rope dying, sanforizing,...

look for older topics, you'll find much information on selvage.

that way you can find out if the thighs are ok. On my Unisex the thighs are tight but I don't know how they would fit you. Also APC has sizes 25-28 in Japan stores for all jeans.

alexbigman, - there is no APC tight and bootcut at the same time. The tight jeans are a bit tapered at the bottom. Unisex is slim and kind of straight.

I done the freezer thing, let them for some 5 hours inside a closed plastic bag. There was no smell after that.

BTW.. dry cleaning pales the color of the indigo, gives the jeans a grey tone.

the selvage denim is produced in Japan. Maybe the stores there produce the whole thing there.

Ok, I've heard someone say that putting the jeans inside a bag in the freezer for a night kills the smell and the bacteria. I never tried it but will try soon with my unwashed jeans. If it works, then it's a good method. If it doesn't, then just try something else.

Guess the second option would be to dry-clean? Do you know if your jeans are sanforized?

nice denim serge, thanks for sharing the pictures. They have a beautiful fading. You have any idea why selvage could be more resistant to rips? I don't see the reason, appart from them usually being higher quality.

yeah, if I remember well he called back APC and they explained it was actually the wrong jeans, probably Cure, not Tight jeans, they said Tight is selvage.

Thought it was kind of made-to-measure. What's the advantage of it since artificial wear don't look that good...

Does 45 rpm bespoke do unwashed denim in organic Zimbabwe cotton? How much does it cost (just curiosity)?

Possibly.. working out is a great idea.

When I first got my jeans they were really tight on the waist, but now they're confortable.
