I went shopping with my buddy who was locally based in HK. I did the research on the stores/brands I wanted to hit up and he helped me find those places. It's a lot of fun, even if you just end up browsing and not buying anything. He wouldn't have known those stores existed if not for me, and he ended up liking some of the stuff I showed him. We went to the CDG guerilla store that was like in the middle of nowhere, got lost and all, and had a great time just appreciating the concept store. Like going to gallery or seeing art. It sometimes goes more than the buying aspect, like we would walk in to the store and just people watch or appreciate all these cute sales ladies trying to sell us something.

After 1.5 months of wearing my raw DH, I could now say I'm very happy and satisfied with it. It stretched just like my orange overdye. Which means you don't have to go a size down in the raw. There are already noticeable fades but not photo worthy yet to post. Maybe in 5mos. I get a lot of compliments from chicks and asking me what brand are these.

Rock it when your indoors. After you have hanged your scarf and coat.

Fitted but not tight fit shirts. It actually depends on your upper body. If you're like muscular and wear a tight fit shirt, then that would look gay. If you're heroin thin, like the Dior models, you have nothing to worry about and you can even wear it a bit loose. That's IMO.

Go to Orchard Street in the daytime. There are lots of those stores/stalls who put out their merchandise on the street. I passed by this small store just right after Breakbeat Science. I would have missed it I didn't see the seller wearing it. Cheap stuff like 10 bucks. This scarf totally looks great too with denim jacket or even a blazer. I got two compliments the day I wore it.Quote:Where in the lower east side did you find them?

Bingo. I found and scored 'em this morning. Lower Fuckin' East side, I'm happy now. Although that green scarf is sick.

the waxed black ones, I've tried them on..they're great for an all black rock and roll look. The rips at the bottom of the jeans is the plus. I know these are very hard to find now.

At the moment, only 1 dry jeans and 3 pre-washed. I wear dry 6x a week, alternating the pre-washed whenever.

Just looked at my seat mate in the office. He's totally wearing his jeans the way you described 'em.

Isn't Newark a bit ghetto? Now I regret not picking this scarf when I was in HK (D-mop) this summer. It was slightly re-interpreted to have a more street feel and pattern. To the other question, I think these are called Arabian scarves.

I've discovered that if you accesorize it with a nice scarf, the denim on denim looks great!

I've heard about Broadway around 30-34 st. Just approach one of the dudes loitering around there. He'll ask you what you need. They have a warehouse upstairs. Hanes, FOTL, you name it, chances are they have it.

Haha. I prolly can't pull off a yarmulke.
