no one seems to ever talk about them, but do any of you like Supreme's jeans? maybe it's that they're a bit short for some people, but i wear a 34 and the 32" inseam is perfect for me. or maybe it's that you can get get a pair of APC's for around the same price so why bother. anyway I've got a pair from f/w 07 and a pair from s/s 08 and I really like them both in terms of fit / feel / look. seems like Supreme's always tweaking the fit on theirs though...the 07's have a shorter rise and straighter leg and the 08's have a longer rise and are more tapered.

I know NBHD had that marmot collaboration. Looked pretty decent for only 50 billion earth dollars.
woops that's the one, not arc'teryx (sorry)
the embroidery on the jeans is lame

uh oh - trend synergy alert... arc'teryx targets the military:
http://www.us-elitegear.com/catalog/arcteryx--alpha-jacket.htm
they've been doing that for a while now no?:
but yeah supreme x arc leaf would be craze haha...nbhd's doing something w/arc'teryx this season.

yeah they released 4 tartans last year, and the one that wasn't pictured in last year's preview is the one that's similar to the navy/green/black one from this year. and yeah last year's had a red tab.

looks like they made a color mixup again with the tartan shirts. the blue/green one is labeled as black....
i believe those are actually named correctly. the 'black' pattern is often referred to as 'blackwatch,' even though it's a mostly navy/green combo. plus the white one certainly doesn't look black (it's probably white/navy).
one thing it does look like they did mixed up, though, is the price on the prep flannel and tartan, which look like they should be switched.
it's funny, last fall's tartan's were $90 and were made in USA and were cheaper than all their other l/s china-made button-ups at the time (which were 98). and now the price difference is at least 20.

Thanks, repped. Gonna go with a Sz 10 (9 UK)
right on, I should also mention that I'm a US10.5 in most other shoes

just got my order. stoked the red oxford is a nice heavy weight... last year's were kinda flimsy and thin. anyone pick up a few - are the other colors, blue, black, stripes about the same?
yeah it's nice...the striped blue oxford felt even thicker to me? btw that wash/dry thing worked great for me...the L fits perfectly now.

Vinneus or Rhythm, I am a sz 10 in Wallabees, sz 9.5 in Desert Boots. Will a 9.5 be ok for Weavers?
i've not checked out the new Weavers... the old P&B-made Weavers from the UK ran a whole size smaller/shorter than the P&B-made Wallabees. So yeah, old Weavers were wider but definitely shorter. I wear a UK9 in P&B wallabees and a UK10 in P&B weavers. But like i said, i don't know how the new sizing works out....some people on here have bought the new ones so hopefully they can chime in.

Anyone receive any of their online orders yet? I ordered oxford and boxcap on launch date, still no tracking number.
they're unbelievably slow this round, and sounds like a lot of people on strictlysupreme are waiting for their shipping confirmation as well

Funny that a lot of what he said directly contradicts what's coming out this season though; Guess a lot of this will be channeled into next fall.
yeah he's probably designing for next fall at the moment?

Easiest one to get:

Just like the look of these:
nice finds! Supreme did a jacket very similar to that last link back in '02...same style of liner which buttoned-in up the front and snapped into the hood and hem.
0 -
those all look sick, nice find. love that poly-fur lining too.
ms. sally, i think a lot of Supreme's field jackets have been modeled after older foreign mil-spec jackets, such as the German ones above?

Supreme field coats are probably closest to army ECWCS parka's. attached hood, shorter cut, zipper closure.
exactly, the ECWCS are the ones I would have mentioned: basically the most deluxe modern mil-spec parka. gore-tex, etc. can snap-in a fur-liner into the hood as well.

etc.
is that what you were thinking of ms. sally?

can anyone give me tips on washing one of the oxfords trying to get it to shrink without it starting to look like shit.
cold wash + dryer?
hot wash + hang dry?
wash it cold and put it in the dryer. if that doesn't shrink it enough then wash hot and put in dryer. then iron out any bits that bother you (i.e. the placket). i'm about to do this to my new red oxford today, probably should've bought a medium.

Really? Quality + Fit on point?
on the rack the sweater looks/feels whatevs, and in the end prob not worth 108, but when you put it on it feels / fits / looks sick imo. great w/a white tee and jeans.

ps- fishtails are alpha.... on your mark, get set, GO!!!!!!!!
ah nice, so did you grab one for yourself? thoughts?
got my webshop order in the mail today. i'm stoked on the crewneck 's' sweater. they can't seem to get their material descriptions down though, since the tag says 100% acrylic and online it says 100% cotton. good stuff tho.

thanks for the heads-up on those Eccles, good stuff.

Does the weaver have the same sole as a wallabee? (Thick sole). Also, is the shape of the shoe pretty much the same as a wallabee? thanks
yes although weavers sometimes run a bit wider than standard wallabees

this month's smart has a lot of pics from the F/W season

I actually like the suede front sweater a lot, the most interesting piece this season imo. Everything else has been released almost every year.
i'm into the suede front sweater as well, particularly the maroon one. i'm expecting it to be pricey because of the suede tho. a stand-up collar (like the older suede front one they did) and maybe diff't colors like brown, charcoal or navy would also possibly make it better.

compared to their other pants (i.e. the chinos) the waist on their jeans is maybe slightly smaller and the fit through the thighs and legs is a lot slimmer. i wear a 34 in both the chinos and the jeans. if you got the overdye black ones from f/w07 (which i think was the only time they did those w/the black patch on the back), i think those were among the smallest in the waist they've done (those fit a bit smaller in the waist than my 08 ones).
