the pearl helps lots, but also try purchasing a Headporter or even stussy utility pouch. you can just hang it off your belt loop or with a carabeener (not sure if that is how you spell it) but anyways it looks good and frees your pockets and hands.

Witts always reppin Stussy and making it look fucking fresh as hell.

I think that herpsky put it perfectly. Pretty much what Milspex has been trying to say all along, like that thread he ripped on Chard.

I would really like to know how Cmonwealth lost their account? A Supreme account is as good as printing money, just wondering how you can fuck that up.

Did Commonwealth lose their Supreme account? They are no longer on the stockists list, and for damn sure Supreme is NOT an account you would drop.

The patent models will not be carried forward from what I have seen. The boxing boot that kanye wears in complex is scrapped for Spring08. They will be introducing perforated models of the achilles. They look sick!

^none, Creative Recs blow goats no offence. but I suggest purchasing a pair of Umbro by Kim Jones all white leather hi's or else put a little more money in and invest in a pair of Common Projects.

Buy true to size Dukes for a fit close to a New Standard. So go with a 32, the waist will be tight at first but will give a little after a day of wear.

collection looks great. I think they tend to fly under the radar and don't get as much cred as they deserve.

I know we should cut the chit chat, but 123 ok great look

What I want to know is how much are the owners of these brands raking in. lets say tsubi, acne etc in that league, how much do the owners pull in at the end of the day?

Holy fuck this lookbook is gay as hell. I was actually liking bernhard willhelm a bit until I saw this. The model looks like a fucking 'muscle man' from back in the days. Pretty fucking hilarious though but this would not be a good look for the buyers of this collection out there.

I've seen this new collection in person and it the jackets look very nice. I still found it to be very military inspired rather than dh. There were lots of different takes on the classic m-65/safari type jackets. My favorite piece was the parka by far. It has a removable fur lining which makes it great for early fall and suitable for winter.
The photo shoot could have been styled a lot better, most of the collection looked great in black and dark colors as usual.

Union LA has a grip of great stuff. The downstairs is killer with Neighborhood, Maiden Noir, Visvim, PAM, HP etc etc. It's like a orgy of hard to find brands. Upstairs is not really my thing, but you got to give it to them for carrying a wide variety for different customers as well as being very forward thinking. Too bad the prices are steep, if I had a lot of disposable cash I would go buck wild in there. Union NY on the other hand is not as great imo.

Even though they have not been around for a decade or so, I would actually still consider them OG in the grand scheme of the whole streetwear thing. Streetwear really has not blown up until maybe a couple years ago. Thinking back five years ago there were probably only a handful of shops in the states that catered to streetwear excluding skate shops.
Ya SSUR is definetely OG.
I think one of the main reasons why aNYthing is stocked in some shit holes is because unlike supreme they were not able to do a shop first then grow the brand, they did it backwards. But I do commend them for staying clear of tradeshows.

aNYthing has been around quite some time for a streetwear brand. They helped create the whole indie streetwear scene. They are probably one of the main reasons that NYC brands such as Reason, Mishka, King Stampede, and Mighty Healthy etc even exist. They created and cultivated a whole indie way of thinking. They may have not blown up to the extent of other 'hyped' brands, but hell its because some of their shit does not have main stream appeal.
If you ever noticed that all the best internationally recognized stores in the streetwear scene stock aNYthing (ie Hideout, Someday, SlamJam, Supply, DoubleDutch, Union etc) Amongst all their prestigious brands aNYthing sits comfortably along side You know why? It's cuz they are a brand that have a real story behind them and they are not some run of the mill hyped brand that is just put on the shelves because it sells good. Brands like aNYthing and stores like those mentioned are the reason why streetwear exists in the world. These are the few that are groundbreaking and setting the pace for the rest to follow. The only problem is that most of the followers are trend hoppers, they are only in the scene until the next 'cool' thing comes along.

Who cares? Don't they just pring this image on different color tees and call it a clothing line?
I've seen their linesheets over the past two years and i swear it's just a few different images printed on different color tees, i don't understand the appeal..
That's why a lot of people don't get supreme either. Those who are down with it support it, and those who don't get it don't. A lot of trend hopping has been happening with the whole streetwear scene blowing up. And trend hopping is very evident especially among superfuturians.

a nice shoe is a nice shoe. Plain and simple, I think you guys think that the only consumer for CP is superfuture.
Joey, don't you find it kind of odd how deepsleep sells johnny cupcakes sitting next to Wrath Arcane and MHI??? Now that is odd to me!!!! Cmonwealth has a very strong brandlist and I think they are trying to gain appeal accross the board. Same goes with Arrive in Miami, they sell CP next to 10 deep, Crooks, BBC but they also sell Mcqueen, Stell Mcartney etc.
