to be honest, i purchased the laptop case not knowing the hype around it, it was the design, pure and simple. it is a 3 way case meaning that there are hidden backpack straps, a heavy duty 'across the chest' strap included and a handle at the top end when it is in a vertical position. then there is the material which is parachute quality nylon...the only reason i want to sell is because i rarely use it now and will be moving soon...

you are right in that you def. need to try on a pair since apcs, nudies, rogans are all very different.

Corbin law, are you just trailing the rogan threads to hate? you are entitled to your opinion but provide an alternative- what is clean cut and nice in your view?

definitley adidas, but i don't think they are rekords. i have the same pair i think and they are called country or something...? can post pics toms and do abit of a search.

like ringring and a few others mentioned in previous threads the price is relative to the demand, and the brand identity that is created.

in terms of cut, the apcs are boxier and rigid whereas the rogans are cut slightly slimmer. for example, i wear a 30 but the apcs in 30 fit like a 32 (unwashed) whereas in the rogans i had to go up to a 32 for it to fit 'comfortably'. i'd say that rogans cuts are very flattering, especially from a ladies perspective ( my wife says that they are her fav. jeans on me

got a pair last week in a sale as well- sorry to say but i got them for 49 quid- but i also got them a size up hoping that they would shrink down and unfortunately they shrunk in the length some but barely in the waist...

to be specific i only rinsed them, no soap in 50 and then hung dry them in the sun. the colour is the same but now has a very rigid texture. afraid to dry them in the dryer in case the length goes more.

yes, i used the free alteration service and to be honest they were great.

do most of the denim brands announce the thickness of their denim? i understand and recognize that pdc and perhaps other designer brands have are thinner, but what about apc, lvc etc?

yes, the fabric is thinner than apc, but as i mentioned earlier i think they are more similar to the prps selvage and 5ep. i rinsed my 34's in cold water and hung them out in the sun and they are spectacular. great texture and the fit is definitely better.

no details, but seriously, are the camo print pockets, purple selvage line and different coloured buttons worth 230 pounds more?
