1972 Stratocaster that some previous owner butchered in the 80's. It plays super nice, but it's been thru hell and needs a re-fret badly.

I've also got a giant box of effect pedals that I've been selling off, I stopped using all but one (a Frantone Peachfuzz) years ago.

This is not a dis at all Showbiz, but the fact that I could refer to a 35mm and you wouldn't realize that I was talking about the camera type is just crazy to me. I feel older than shit when stuff like that happens. Someone please tell me you know what HC-110 or Dektol is.

AE-1 is a classic, one of the most popular cameras of the 80's. That was the camera that loads of people who wanted to dabble in 35mm bought at the time (kind of like a Rebel XT now, but way better). There's tons of info out there on that one, check ebay for old books. Make sure the meter is accurate and have fun!

Cheap - Don't underestimate those Trojan comps, Trojan wasn't in Jamaica but they licensed almost all of their tracks from JA labels and their catalog is loaded with much of the best Jamaican music of the 60's and early 70's. Their strength is definitely more in the ska/rock steady era though, so if you are talking about later cultural roots stuff then yeah, there's a lot more out there. But those comps are a good, cheap starting point for someone curious about this music for sure.

The Uniqlo ones are nylon, with a mesh lining. Nice and lightweight, I just wish they came in more colors, all I've seen is light gray and safety orange.

I have an Ogio Metro backpack that is great for carrying my 15" Macbook and all the stuff that goes with it everyday, and I only paid about $50 brand new on eBay. If your Paypal account is connected to your bank account they will attempt to collect thru your bank, and send your case to a collection agency if you do not pay up. Sorry, but Paypal will always take the buyers side in these things if you don't follow their procedure exactly (which you didn;t by shipping without a tracking number). I had someone run the chargeback scam on me once and learned my lesson the hard way.

Nope, that's new because it has more recent shoes like the Weigers on there. A sneaker with pics of sneakers on it is even lamer than a shirt with pictures of sneakers on it (which I thought was impossible).

I've had so so results from Claritin, but last year I tried a sample of Astelin, which you inhale nasally as a mist. It worked really well, only side effect is that it can leave a bitter taste in the back of your throat for a little while after you take it. But it lasted for a long time and had no other negative effects,so I'd recommend it. Ask your doc for a sample or something.
