Before leaving the house, I double and sometimes triple check anything I've used such as the iron, coffee maker, stove top, etc. I'll also lock the door behind me and then check to make sure the lock is locked.

When eating pizza, I cut off the crust first, eat it and then start eating the point of the slice and work my way upward. If the slice is square, I start at a corner. Every time, every slice.

After I eat anything that comes in a bag or wrapper (potato chips or even a candy wrapper) thats rectangular, I will fold the bag or wrapper in half and then half again into increasingly smaller and smaller squares until I can't fold it anymore and then throw it away.

Upping this because I have a question regarding buying a new Mac Book via third party.

Basically a friend of a friend got an "extra" MacBook shipped to him. His invoice says "Qty 1" and he was charged for one but he received two. I'm going to buy the other one. Hasn't even been out of the box.

My question is can I take it to an Apple store and register it? I won't have a receipt or anything but I figure they can look up the serial number. Also, the warranty is still good as long as it's been under a year, right?

Any help / info is greatly appreciated.

they had those guccis on the sale racks at harrods a month ago, in all three colors in different sizes. they might still be left as there were a good amount of pairs left.

If you happen by there and they have brown in a Mens 7.5, let me know! I got the tan version at Neiman awhile back.

Kind of off topic but I'm really frustrated right now!

I've been listening to a guy named Joe Frank for the last 15 yrs or so on KPFA (Berkeley, CA). The show used to originate out of KRCW in Santa Monica. The shows are basically him telling stories backed by various beats/samples. I've since stopped listening to the show on the radio (no time) and just buy his shows off his site, joefrank.com.

Anyway, he's appearing live (which is rare) in LA at some dinner club and I've been trying to get a reservation for the show. The show i want to attend is in a month and I've been faxing and faxing (their prefered method of contact) my info to make a reservation and they aren't getting back to me. No live person, no email to contact them, just a fax. I've basically given up. It's like a velvet rope by fax. I still have to buy plane tickets so i have to know ASAP. So frustrating!!!!!!
