1. use google chrome for the automatic google translate

2. go on yjp (http://auctions.yahoo.co.jp/) and browse

http://www.stylezeitgeist.com/forums/showthread.php?t=3793 to help you with search terms

3. use either fromjapan (http://www.fromjapan.co.jp/) or sutocorp (http://www.sutocorp.com/)

pros of fromjapan:

- real-time bidding

- watch lists

- more options when it comes to shipping

cons:

- interface is a little confusing

pros of sutocorp:

- staff can speak japanese if you need help

- they do mostly everything for you (you tell them what you want, they ask for the money for both the item and shipping and take care of the rest)

cons:

- a bit slower. you have to email them every time you want to bid/get outbid, and then someone has to put in the bid themselves

I really wanted these but apparently it fits like a 26-27 waist??!! (how the fuck does demeulemeester pants sizing work?)

the model is a woman, it's right over left fastening, it's FR/EU sizing (ann men's is S/M/L), and you're searching in the women's category

LOL that explains it

guess I just wasn't paying attention since I saw the pants on male models (and I guess now that I look at it, female models too)

^tbh I don't really think it's a "good find" coz u can cop soloist's more serious outerwear pieces at that price (excl proxy fees).  Also, considering how much detailing is put in to even the t-shirts that piece is comparatively tame.  No h8, just my gripes

I was just doing some market research and came across this user

Doesn't have any items up for sale but this guy is a well-known raf / uc collector. He sold some of the most iconic pieces that most people on this forum haven't even seen/heard of (well, maybe with the exception of that one star)

-Purple / beige riders Jonio wore in his honeyee profile pic

-Manhattan Portege parody "family" MADSAKI A&S messenger NWOT

-One star riders

-85 jeans in sz. 1

-Early 2000s Raf ex) 2000fw punk stole

-A bunch of one-offs
