  1. I lost an inch in the inseam with the first hot wash and dry of my one wash 47's and it hasn't shrunk at all after that with many more (cold) washes and dryer trips.
  2. I ended up getting the 51 in the same size as my 47 and they both fit great. I was surprised at how the 51 top block (mostly the hips area) actually feels looser than on my 47's? Rise is definitely smaller, but still comfortable. My 47's feel like higher rise than I *need*, and the 51's are spot on. Waist fits the same between the two for me.
  3. My '47s after about 3 months on top of some brand new 601rb's delivered from Hoosiers yesterday. Really like the fit of the RB. Might have to try some '51s down the road.
  4. You’re right… my mistake 🤦🏻‍♂️. Definitely thought it was much further back than that but maybe there was another discussion.
  5. Apologies in advance as I know I've seen this discussed before but I can't seem to find it through search— I've got a pair of 32 601xx 1947's which fit me perfectly. Good in the waist, comfortable room in the top block and thigh. Should I go with the same size 601rb? I thought I saw somewhere that they fit more like the 51's? Is that going to make the top block and thigh a good bit tighter at the same size?
  6. Had them hemmed by SoaS to 30” and after the first cold wash + hang dry they measure 29” in the inseam. Gave them the hot wash and a bit of time in the dryer and they’re still right around 29” inseam.
  7. Post cold wash fit. Legs are nice and roomy, top is ever so slightly snug, but is already stretching out. Might do one more hot wash just to get whatever shrink is left out (lost an inch in the inseam with the first cold wash) but feeling like the sizing worked out pretty well!
  8. Picked up a pair of one wash 1947’s and the fit is pretty spot on. Any wisdom on how much shrink to expect from washing on the one wash version, or on how stretchy the denim is?
  9. Anyone have a recommendation for a FW model if my best fitting pair of jeans are Fullcount 1101? Something relatively straight, room in the thigh and hips, and a mid to high rise? Ideally that fades nicely to a bright blue? I was thinking the 47 makes the most sense.
  10. My experience has been an initial shrink of 0.6cm at a 40c wash, and then a stretch of ~2.5cm from there after wear (without a lot of stress on the waistband, so you'll probably get more if it starts out tight.). After another 40c wash, the waist shrinks back down and then stretches back out the same amount.
  11. These are still for sale—willing to part with each of them for $90 or so if you want to make an offer. I want to get these out of my closet and to someone who will wear them! Also adding a pair of Resolute 714 in size 33 × 32 to this list: These have been washed once after receiving them to get any shrink out but never worn more than just to try on. The cut just doesn't work for me unfortunately. Will part with these for $130 OBO. Measurements: Waist 32 Front rise 11.25 Back rise 14.25 Thigh crotch 12.5 Thigh 1” 12.25 Thigh 10cm 11.125 Knee 12” 9.125 Hem 8 Inseam 29.25
  12. Are there differences in the denim used in the 66 and 47 models? Or just cut + period detail differences?
  13. Thanks for this explanation! This has got to be it—the front rise on the Fullcount is actually ~0.25" shorter than the Resolutes, but the back rise is 1.75" larger than the Resolutes. This makes the front thigh section of the leg on my Fullcounts 1.5" smaller across than an identical measurement on my Resolutes, even though the "thigh measurement" is almost exactly the same. Not totally sure I am wrapping my head around why where the seams in the leg are makes such a difference in the fit, but I buy your explanation that this is the cause.
  14. Maybe this is all in my head, but I've got a pair of size 32 Fullcount 1101, and a pair of 33 Resolute 714. They have almost identical measurements down the leg (we're talking probably 0.125" difference at any given spot), but the Fullcounts have a solid bit more back rise. What is making the fit around my thigh feel so different? Is it the way the pattern is cut? Can that make a difference? Is it in fact the back rise that makes everything feel looser and more comfortable on the Fullcount? I'm trying to get a better sense of what qualities of a cut give the jeans the fit I like and make them comfortable. Some pics for reference—both pairs are worn with the crotch at the same height: Fullcount 1101 fit Resolute 714 fit Extra fabric I can pinch around mid thigh on the Fullcount Extra fabric I can pinch around mid thigh on the Resolute
  15. New model from Resolute? That all yellow stitching is a giveaway.
  16. My 1101's after two hot washes + dryer and a week of wear. How'd I do on the sizing? Seems like I finally got a cut that works for my large-ish thigh : waist measurements.
  17. Follow up with a comparison now that I have both. Measurements at every point down the leg are about 0.25” larger on the Fullcount 1101xx, but the top block is cut differently enough (slightly smaller front rise, larger back rise, good bit wider hip measurement) which makes them fit a good bit looser. Exactly what I was after.
  18. Thank you for these! Interesting that the thigh is a touch smaller on the FC. I was expecting the opposite.
  19. Yeah… thanks for the tip that they stocked both! When I checked earlier something seemed off hah. I was hoping to find a direct comparison between a stockist who has good measurement charts but they’re all so hit or miss. Funny how there are detailed measurements for multiple different points on jeans and no one seems to agree on what the measurements are on a model.
  20. I've yet to find an online store that sells both the FC 1101 (new w/o arcs) and Warehouse 1001xx standard model to compare size charts—does anyone own both and could comment on the fit? It seems like the FC 1101 will be a bit roomier/wider at the same tagged size?
  21. Awesome, that’s helpful to know. Sounds like it’s safe to hem after a wash or two. Way trickier to get right when you like a tiny cuff or quarter break + no cuff!
  22. Selling two pairs of Warehouse 800xx. Please DM with any questions—happy to share pictures too. Warehouse 800xx one wash, size 33, $120 New with tags, never worn. Shipping cost covered by buyer (ships from California). Waist: 15.25” Front rise: 11.25” Back rise: 15” Thigh: 11.75” Hem: 8.5” Inseam: 28.5” (Chainstitched by Son of A Stag) Warehouse 800xx raw, size 32: $120 Hot washed to get the initial shrinkage out, worn for about an hour. Shipping cost covered by buyer. Waist: 15.5” Front rise: 11.25” Back rise: 15.25” Thigh: 11.6” Hem: 8” • • Inseam: 31.75” original hem
  23. Can anyone comment on how much the one wash version of Fullcount's 13.75oz denim continues to shrink in the inseam with hot washes and some tumble dry? I like to wash frequently and was recently burned by a pair of Warehouse banner denim jeans that continued to shrink in the inseam after wash #6. I looked through a bunch of pages here and it sorta sounds like that is not really the case with Fullcount's denim? Is that true?
