  1. Depending on the execution of the Veilance shakedry stuff I think it could come out pretty futuristic and interesting. However, all shakedry jackets I‘ve seen in person so far are ugly. Let’s hope AV changes that.

My biggest technical concern is the vulnerability of the membrane and that it might age quite quickly due to sun and UV exposure... but I think only time will tell.

  2. I think it it is still cool as long as you are willing to take a compromise on functionality for the style. :)

anyways, I got a convex lt and a Voronoi, both in 32, yesterday... and they are nice. Both. The Voronoi is probably my favorite pant. I just like the fit. It looks great... My personal opinion tough. The fabric seems improved. This was one of the main downsides of this modes. I hope it holds up well. It seems much tougher and more rigid than my AR’s which disintegrated within two months in average.

I wasn’t too sure about the Convex at first... but after one day of wearing it feels like an ultra comfy and soft version of the Indisce (which I really love) although the fabric soft “falls” differently and therefore looks slightly different. However, quite a good amount of stretch and a very “light” feeling when wearing. So probably nice in summertime here.

But! I think it’s quite obvious that I like Veilance. However, I - to a certain degree - understand opinions like @Toilettebun ‘s (I don’t agree on the fit), but all I can tell is... if you look for a really functional pant, try mainline Arc. I’ve got 2 A2B chinos for example and they they feel like doing exactly what you’re looking for. They are really awesome pants. Ultra comfortable, nice fit, properly articulated.  But the feeling when I’m wearing them is not even a bit as extraordinary as when wearing Veilance.

I hope you get my point. :) Anyways... if you like it or nor, or if you’re willing to spend the money on V or not, is your decision.

  3. Are there any news on the durability of the new Voronois? Man, I love my Voronoi ARs, hands down my favorite pants but honestly whenever I leave the house I’m questioning myself if I’ll still have pants on when I come back...

  4. Funny stuff is that yesterday I grabbed myself a new Apparat in Playa (obviously from 2015) for 280€... and now they release the Apparat in Sand, which turns out to be almost exactly the same color. :-D I'm a happy man right now. Lol

  5. I see your point, @1i1i1ii1. I think our proportions (is it called like this in English?) are quite different. So for example when I look at your last Instagram pic I’d say that this is the same fit I have on my field pants going tts. In general, when I look at your pictures, we got quite the same pants but they create a very different look on me. E.g. my Voronoi is size 33 and is perfectly sized on the hip (means I wouldn’t need to put on a belt necessarily), it’s ultra baggy at the tights (and I mean really baggy!) and rather normal on the calfs while on you it looks quite close to a Voronoi on the Veilance homepage. Which mine isn’t at all

    ...maybe I just got a fat a** :-/

  6. I ve got one white slim Apollo shirt in L. Quality is good, absolutely nothing to complain about. Only thing worth mentioning is that the collar is quite heavy due to its construction.

Unfortunately I got mine in the wrong size... so it fits too large... Should have gone for M.

Problem is they don't have a retailer in Europe who has their stuff (same issue with Outlier) and the import taxes are horrible...
