I love the J50-S. Zipper issue is way overblown. I just have to use a Tiny increase of downward force while joining both sides of the zipper.

I feel like ACR is somewhat insulated from total immersion into that culture since their price points are enough of a deterrent for insta-flippers.

Thank you. It does indeed work like that and I have been rehearsing myself living with it like this for a while. It's just a shame you have to put any thought into it versus just throwing the jacket on and having it respond accurately. I think it's this aspect which is a mental blocker for me and it goes against why I love most of my other ACR stuff.

That being said its had me reading up on zips and how they work in detail so at least its been an educational exercise! The insulated stotz is quite a rigid setup so I'm guessing this is why they needed something more heavy duty than the WS version.

I've got one, too, and can echo some necessary adjustments needed to zip up. It's not a huge deal for me, though, as the rest of the jacket is amazing.

Am I safe in assuming a variety of P10 pants again for SS17? Looking to break into the bottoms world.

These are functional and not style differences like feel of the fabric of how it drapes.

Got the feeling that was some copy/paste error and it's just water repellant rather than waterproof. (Assuming you mean the K and not GT which I'm sure is bulletproof)

I'm fairly certain it isn't waterproof. Been testing mine and it's certainly repellant to a degree, but that's about it.

Anybody got any experience washing their Acronym x Nemen J28-K jackets? Should I just use a tech wash, as per usual?

Would like to know this as well. Also, what's the acceptable tech wash?
