Anyone know where I can get xx-020 in size 32 or 33? Denimio only has size 27 and PBJ itself has none. When i went to their tokyo store they said they would get more this year but have no idea when.

I am hoping I dont need to play the waiting game =(

The PBJ store in Tokyo only had a size 38 pair of XX-020 in stock with estimated date of restocking sometime next year

I should have tried on a pair of some other jeans just to get a feel of the fitting, but I was in a rush and it did not cross my mind...ah well

The staff at the store were very friendly and spoke quite good english, so I would definitely recommend visiting the store for anyone visiting tokyo

Any other recommendations on japanese black non-fade jeans?  I'll be heading to japan in under 2 weeks now.

I am getting a pair of SL-220x in size 32 for a good deal. My waist is 33, so these would just about fit, do these shrink at all and/or can they stretch a size or two up?

ya i get what you mean, they look good. If i can find them in tokyo i will try them, but they must be sold out as the pure blue japan site does not have them listed, maybe i will get lucky and find some in the tokyo store

The first thing that came to mind was the PBJ pop ups, though it's more of an electric blue rather than a teal.

Will still be on lookout for japanese jeans with teal/turquiose fade. Not sure if something like that even exists within japanese brands

I am heading to Japan (Tokyo and Osaka being the most notable denim havens) next month and want to pick up a pair of black selvedge jeans. Can anyone please recommend any sanforized and reactive-dyed (so hardly fades) jeans?
