  1. For me its the 25th anniversary 1001xx 1950 model ,perfect fit and nice cut ,no big ass top block with leg opening 8,5 inch (w 32) ,13,5 oz denim is great on those hot days in Berlin .

Separate question, for anyone who has unpicked the bartack holding down the red tab, has that area worn down faster / prematurely developed a hole? I took my jeans to get tapered and the guy there warned me against removing the bartack because of the potential to develop a hole faster

It has no effect on my pairs.

First pandemic hair cut / Tender shades / Cottle mask / old skate shop t shirt I've had almost exactly half my life / Warehouse 1003xx1946 I recently picked up. I'm not 100% excited about them, but I still think they're probably going to take over my rotation for the most part.

What's the difference between the 1946 and 1950 fit?  I'm specifically looking at the 25th anniversary pairs and I'm having trouble finding info.

I found the 46 a little oversized in my so downsized.Roomy top block but leg opening could be a little wider . Denim is great 14,5 oz. Was not 100% satisfied with the cut.

1950ies i bought true to size. Perfect loose cut with more leg opening. Denim is unfortunally 13,5 oz banner denim,i wish it would be the 14,5 oz denim.

I'm so sorry about the absolutely unaesthetic background... my house is shite. When I'm with my lady I'll make her take some proper photos. This will have to do for now!                                       same model, build in 1993, many wears ,a few washes,my fave denim jacket.

@generic_guy yes they are superb and had the nicest painted arcs.

The only other real gem is the 2005 produced 1944 model, which had shirt striped material used for the pocket bags. Again, nicely considered arcs.

Lastly, Lvc messed up the 2008 run 1944's by using bright lylac paint for the printed arcs. This was rectified in 2009. But the aesthetic of the painted arc was changed with the lylac paint model and the arcs never regained their original template style. In fact, the wild pocket 1944 model l previously discussed had the derivative of that same template change which is probably why it so stetched out from the original.

Got this ,my wifes 44er ,i think from 2005.Nice denim and i like the shape of back pockets.    I bought this in pre wash if i remember correct.

Still a little stiff after drying, but they shrank in all the places I hoped and it’s finally coldish again. Looking forward to these being everyday denim.

@Topnotcher thanks, I think the ‘46 fit smaller than the 1000XX by comparison. I bought the same size in both but the S1001XX feel a bit tighter in the top block / thighs.

Jesus ,i was hoping they would a little more fit in top block  !!!! I have checked different dealers and all have different sizes for the thighs ,smaller as on the 46th .Anyway i`m glad to order the same size..

  14. wonderful collection ! Thanks for work ! Any difference in sizing between the 46th and the new 1000xx ? I should get my pair in next days but i`m nervous (as usual) about the size...
