  1. I want to enter, as I haven't bee in a denim comp before, but... I don't know what to enter in yet.

I have a couple of jeans in mind that I could wear in the comp, but undecided. 16oz? 25oz? For to wear the same pair year round, somewhere around 18-20oz would be ideal. It get cold in the winter and hot in the summer in the Rockies.

I'm seriously thinking about the tux, but I'd do a jacket instead of a shirt. I could commit to a jeans and a denim jacket for two years, but I'd have a hard time wearing just one shirt for that long.

And, if I can get some boots sorted, I'd enter the boot division too.

    to be continued...

Personally if its a matter of picking something with year-round comfort go with something between 15-18, just my vote.  I can't really press you to hard on that since I am submitting myself to another 2 years of Heavyweight after complaining that I would never do it again in the Florida weather.

  2. @kiya or anyone

I need a reliable tailor that can taper my FH BSPs. They have to accept mailed-in denim since i live in FL. I got my BSPs hemmed a long time ago and now the leg opening is much wider than they were at the original inseam.

    thanks,

I also have gone through your struggle but mine was mostly with repairs.

  3. I have a general question for everyone else, does the session get worse the longer you go for yourself personally?  For example using my last tattoo: It was a 6 hour session and for the first 2 hours I was doing well it hurt of course but I could still shrug it off, up to hour 4 I was still relatively okay it was only truly bad over my ankle and near the back of my calf, everything after hour 4 I was sweating like a pig and my nerves were raw and I was on the verge of quitting.

  4. Gonna get another one more focused with some detail shots for HWDC but the color is true and the back is beat up.  Pretty proud of these as my first Year or longer pair of jeans.  Feet fades are 21 years no washes.
