  1. Sup figs. Been trying weightlifting for the past 3 months. Still getting comfortable with the lifts but made this nice little pr on a high hang clean the other day. 90k at 63kg BW.

  2. Finally starting to cut down for spring. Feel so much stronger than last year, weighed in yesterday at a lean 140lb.

    Stats:

    Height: 5'.3"

    Weight: 140lb.

    BF: 8

    best numbers so far

    Back squat: 325lb

    Front squat: 245lb

Dead: 345lb (new pr needs more work)

    Flat bench: 240lb

    press: 145lb.

  3. Thanks cadence. She has since started breaking them in and they look even better now that the denim is starting to settle. Despite the fact that these have elastane and are one-wash, the denim is still on the stiff side when compared to anything off your local mall rack. Will try to post recent pictures when she lets me  ;)

  4. ^lol I can never read tone on written text, but I did want to confirm that it's true:

Hopefully this won't undercut local businesses too much (you know who I mean) since pricing will be on par with Japanese retail + free shipping. Only kicker is no chainstiching service but there can be workarounds for that too...

Hopefully local business doesn't pull a SE and threaten to pull label if label doesn't distribute to them exclusively like SE did with OD. :/

  5. Had my girlfriend try both my sweats on. Asked her which she felt was heavier and she said the black. Not saying everyone will notice but I sure did and so did she. And she has no idea what makes these so "special".

  6. No the difference is not as drastic as I make it out to be. The fabric is a lot lighter than than my other SG sweats but compared to RMC ball park, and the like still superior in my humble opinion. A tad disappointing  but one you have lived in one of these there is really no going back. By the way may be letting my grey go for cheep in the market if I can grab a small.

    Cough cough hint hint ;)

Also thanks man the sweat is gorgeous but feel like it will stretch too much for me down the line. IDK for sure

  7. Bought my girl a pair of 1069-2. Was at first debating between the viper 001 and these and decided to go with the 1069 because the denim was darker and the measurements looked like something she would like.

Well they came in today and she tried them on and had trouble with the rise at first since her last pair of jeans (Joe's) wear a lower rise. Still I quite like them on her and she said she would give them a try.

  8. After the second wash on my grey hoodie I can say with great confidence that the fabric is indeed less dense and "tight" than that of my navy and black sweats from last years run. Still a beautiful sweat also this grey fabric is a lot more forgiving it stretches very easily with enough help. Also the shrinkage was not as bad as that of my black or navy.

Hope that helps any one on here.

  9. Dude no wonder the crotch blew out those things are tight! The amount of friction from your thighs has murdered the inside. The top block is so painted on you have a weird muffin top thing going on. Not trying to hate you could have easily sized these up and been fine.

  10. Apologies, I suppose my original post wasn't clear. I was awash in my happiness and could hardly find the appropriate means to communicate that I had  in fact blasted (hella blasted) my grey hoodie. It does feel significantly more dense than previously i.e. out of the package. Still I feel a significant difference between my two other sweats and this new one. Def. less "girthy" than my black and navy. Closer to a Cushman or RMC ball park in terms of fabric girth.

  11. I concur. Just received my 2nd SG sweat in the mail today. Grabbed the grey in MD sized up from my usual since I wanted to blast it in the dryer. Things shrunk about a whole size in the dryer on full blast. Fits perfectly now. My black sweat is almost at 10 moth of wear and has only been hang dried but will no longer shrink in dryer after multiple hot washes. Despite shrink a bit here in there when I do leave it in the dryer with my other clothes this, I have stretched the black SG so much in places of high tension that it will stretch back out with a gentle tug in the places I need. I am assuming this is how the indigo works since it is shrunken down.

Anyways, after receiving the grey and having been wearing it for a few hours now I have fallen in love with this fabric all over again. Only real difference between this and my black SG is that the weave on my black sweat feels tighter and heavier (heftier?) than the grey fabric. Not sure if this is true because my blk is from an older run or if the grey is in fact a bit lighter in weight and less tight in its weave than the black or navy color fabrics. (I have the navy in the crew neck)

Hope this helps any one on the fence for reference as before my measurements are as follows: (what i feel is ideal for my body type)

    Chest: 40

    Sleeve: 23

    shoulder: 17.25

    length: 23.5

(arm/bicep hole at least 23 around)

    Cheers
