Went to Grüner today in Portland with thomas_collins at the suggestion of M.O.A and N.M.F Pretty damn good. They have 3 flavors of soda that they make in-house that were quite tasty. Flavors were Ginger, Lemon, and Elderflower.

Started with fried smashed fingerling potatoes.

Got the hasenpfeffer for the entree. Rabbit soup. Ginger soda on the left.

Marionberry jam filled donuts.

Bing cherry tartelette.

Great dinner. Thanks Portland!

Just talked to M.O.A for about 10 minutes in the Tanner Goods Store in Portland. He complimented me (+rep) on my oxford. Didn't tell him who I was though. Lol. Awwwwkwwwaaaarrrddd.

Edit: Saw N.M.F at the Woodlands store too. t_c and I gave her a sprinkle donut from Voodoo. Lol SuFu Meetups.

^^ Yes. There is a very steep learning curve. Sure, your theory or idea can be on the same level or better than someone with experience but just understand that its going to be much harder to represent your ideas. Something that may take you 3 days to figure out how to model and complete may take someone else a few hours. As you continuously do more architecture work, you get better and better at representation and understanding the field beyond just learning the software. Those things just take time and the difference is noticeable.
