Here's my friend's pair of the skinny variant of the Unbranded jeans. He has had them since Easter, so it has been almost 2 months. These just got their first soak.

yup DEFINITELY high quality. My friends don't understand the difference between buying quality products and buying something senselessly expensive . One of them made a stupid remark saying that 80% of the price for my belt was for the brand name. Don't hate on his ignorance..

I'm not sure if this has been brought up yet, but the Levis online store is now selling their LVC 1947s for only $99.99 here

I always thought that LVCs were high in quality and thus, a bit more expensive than only $100. Well, to be honest, I haven't done that much research on Levis in general so I don't know the average price for 1947s. $100 just seemed to be good to be true for such a notable brand that has other similar pairs going for double the price. So are these totally legit? The reviews on the site seem spot on, but I'm still kinda not sure. I mean, it's the Levis online store, but the price is what's weird.

I'm mainly asking this because my friend told me about them being sold online and he wanted to grab a pair of these. I just don't want him to be disappointed if they somehow aren't the legit thing.

Does majority of the shrinking on a pair of unsanforized jeans happen on the first hot-soak? I've seen a few people saying that they only get half the estimated shrinking when they do a hot soak for the first time, so I just wanted to get a for sure answer.

How does the rise on a pair of unsanforized jeans shrink if it has a zipper fly? Will the zipper become all wavy like a zip-up jacket once you wash it?
