Can you smoke a fag while (spit) roasting a faggot?
Me in my Roy shirt smoking and eating Brains (in the UK). Top that.

Brain's faggots?
You Brits are having us on, aren't you.

Those denim chinos are the balloon pants, lacking the balloon label, which looks to be a detachable tag:
P.S. If anyone is wondering how I am going to repay Paul for his incredible generosity, I'll let you know when I figure that out.

It's a food too? What sort?

Hem-stitching. It's done with a special machine that I don't believe has been manufactured for non-commercial use for a long time. It punches a hole in the fabric, then stitches the edges closed. Put a bunch in a row and you have a stitch. I think it mostly used to be used for linens and curtains.
Roy got this machine a while back, and was really excited about it. This is the first thing I've seen him make using it.
Yes, it's called fagotting, and as you both have noted, sometimes featured on curtains, table linen, pillow cases etc as well as apparel.Machines are still manufactured for this process.
My new favorite word. You all heard ringring say it, so I can't be criticized.
First example of many:
Dkatz- the Roys are looking great, but IMO they'd look vastly better with a little faggoting.

Just in the process of selling my 555 201's, for £280. Need to sell 'em though as I bought an Lvc 1930's A-1 style jacket, the one made by Aero in 2003 (cost me £290).
Do you have that Jacket Roy6 ?? If so, what's the fit like on you?
Yes, I observed you stealing that jacket, and was glad to see you get it. IIRC you got a Large? They're oversized, I'll bet that will be more like a loose XL, and since you like a kind of loose fit, I'll bet it will fit you just the way you want it to.
I have a small (the Aero tag in the pocket says 38), buts it's more like a loose 40 (I have a 40" chest):

^The 201 is a fuller cut. It tapers out from the waist more and is wider in the top-block and all the way down the leg.
I don't think they are currently making the 201 though...

Nice, ShortyLong! A summer of poring concrete will be just the thing for the Roys.
Also, classy tomato cage.

Lovely shots Paul, especially of the fish on the barbeque.
Last night my Roys took in some art on Valencia Street:

You are almost making me want to have children. Knock it off.
Seriously cute kids you got there, IHB.

send me a ticket and let me be your Sea-Wolf.
This may be the sweetest thing you've ever said to me.
Haha! Super sea legs. Do you know anything about that house all by it's self on the cliff?I believe that was on the back side of Alcatraz, so it probably was at one time a guard station and probably now is a Parks & Rec building.
How about the October edition?Penciled in.

^Well, the captain said to help ourselves to whatever was on the counter, and shoved way in the back behind the wine was this nearly empty bottle of Macallan 37. It was only polite to have some.
It permanently lowered my center of gravity by about 6 inches. Or so it felt.

^I feel chastened, autofocusnice.
Thanks everyone. I think there will be another boating excursion on July 4th- there is probably room for one more guest (wearing Roys, of course).

Thank you Dr_ & colgems- list amended.

^I wasn't sure about that, if the jackets were really distinct or LVC had changed the labeling at some point. How are the '62 and '67 557s different?

Yesterday the RxCs got some time on SF bay on a friend's houseboat.
This is the Hindeloopen. It was originally a turn of the last century Dutch canal barge. It's has a long and interesting history, but in this incarnation it's been modified into a houseboat. The couple who own it, pictured above, live on it with their daughter. It is apparently wanted back by the Netherlands, but they seem unlikely to give it up.
Its moored in Marin just north of Sausalito.
Inside.
underway.
from the crow's nest.
And a night-cap.

Seriously stupid. Those Balloons look great, and I'd bet would have sold at least as well as the 1878 Pantaloons, as they look more modern.
