you know after fucking with expensive denim (balenciaga, drkshdw) for years, ive come to realize that the acne max cash really blows others out of the water. i haven't found another pair of jeans that is as flattering for my slim but not rail thin legs. i like how the legs are narrow throughout, but the hem is reasonable as to not break as high on boots.

Will, I know this is probably an obvious answer but did you try calling Barney's NY Madison flagship? Those shorts were featured in the SS13 mailer so it's worth a shot. I know from experience that Barney's carries a much wider selection in-store than online, and I've pretty much gotten all my 44's from them.

Ha, I am guessing maxfield really wanted this collection badly so they had to acquiesce to YSL's requirement that they carry the full size run. Shopping in LA for smaller sizes is a fucking pain. Places like fred segal and maxfields rarely even carry size small.
