7.5 months Sugar Cane Union Stars

overall, the lap fading and whiskers are more prominent than a month ago (feel free to dig out my old posts), some electric blue are starting to show specks of white.. almost half of the star on the left pocket is completely disintegrated while it was still some thread there a month ago

left star is half gone, but you can still see the outline of the star from the fading

didn't know that.. thanks for the heads up, coz I don't see it in my S5000VX, T5-002, and SD106

forgot to add, those are unionstars

but i just realized the my front pockets are made from selvage fabric

i'm going to bump this up one last time so more people could be aware of this amazing brand...

your rescues need a wash.. they look disgusting..

106 is a limited production run only available in T5 HK and SDA stores in Japan.. it runs slimmer than the 103.. I'll post fit pics as soon as I decide to start on it..

if I haven't remembered it wrong, the 2 series was a limited production run as a budget line... I remembered asking about them in T5 in HK and SDA store in Tokyo, the denim as I recall is very loosely woven and not as nice as the 1 series denim

oh... those? it would be hard.. lol.. but it talks about the type of indigo they use and how the weaving process stayed to the traditions...

i can only understand some of the headings.. but the rest of the stuff is pretty self explanatory.. some of it especially the fading samples have english on it....

While I was doing some purchase @ the Studio D'artisan store in Tokyo, the staff was very nice to give me a book that has many information regarding the brand and denim in general.

I have decide to scan it and put it up to share with you guys. The reason I didn't put this in the SDA thread is because there's some information in the book in regards to denim in general that could be interesting to many denim addicts (including aging sample, weaving and dying process... etc.)

There is around 70 pages in total, so bear with me, I would not be able to have it up all @ once. Be patient.
