A hot soak won't get as much shrinkage out the way as a hot wash.

They'll probably shrink with a hot wash/dry, but they'll stretch back out with wear, unless you wear a belt.

I just received a pair of XX-011s purchased from BiG.

Thought I'd post my post-wash measurements for you guys.

Size 33, hemmed to a 34" inseam.

Raw:

Waist: 35"

Front Rise: 10.75"

Back Rise: 14.75"

Thigh: 12.5"

Knee: 8.5"

Hem: 8"

Inseam: 34"

Post-Wash (machine hot wash, hang dry):

Waist: 33"

Front Rise: 10"

Back Rise: 14"

Thigh: 12"

Knee: 8"

Hem: 7.5"

Inseam: 31.75"

Pretty much spot on with BiG's measurements.

Very impressed with the jeans.

Build quality is excellent, and denim has a great feel and color.

Looking forward to start wearing these tomorrow!

They have been worn lightly for 3 months, soaked twice, washed once.

There is light fading in the usual spots, but the jeans are still dark and have plenty of life left in them.

They have been hemmed (single stitch) since I got tired of the stacking.

Those 710's look awesome!

It'd look better if he hemmed about 4-6 inches off the bottom.

Pre-order makes a lot of sense, but it would work much better if people actually see a prototype before ordering.

It looks like they will definitely be over $300 shipped, since some of the options seem to be polarizing and I doubt there will be 100 participants. And with the Samurai boss always on the road, it is safe to say the release date will be after summer......lemme cop a pair of ooe yofukuten first...hmm...
