  1. @ grundle

I definitely like the fit on the SExIH07's better. The thighs do look a little bit tight on the busters

    agreed.

    the busters look unbalanced.

tight from the knee up and loose from the knee down.

a hem might fix it, by getting rid of that excess bulge at your ankles.

nice fit on the 07s though

  2. Selling a lightly used pair of Pure Blue Japan XX-013s, purchased off another member here for a friend.

Tried them on and they didn't fit as expected.

They have been hot soaked twice by the previous owner, and once by me.

There is an invisible crotch reinforcement done by Denim Doctors (no crotch rip, just reinforced for future usage).

A little darker in person, plenty of life left.

PM for more info if needed.

$150 shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.

Will ship within next business day of payment.

  3. Buy jeans from BiG and get free hemming! You can even shrink first then mail back to hem.

or you can ask them to one-wash them for you and then hem.

that way you don't have to pay shipping more than once.

  4. in need of a new pair...should i still try to jump on these? does everyone with a pair ABSOLUTELY love it or what

I rotate mine with my IH666sOD, and I love both pairs.

I have no problem sharing time with both pairs.

  5. for real. people need to learn how to size on jeans.

there's more to it than just the waist measurement.

they give you a table with all the measurements for a reason.

and besides, asking for sizing advice on the internet isn't really helpful.

people will tell you TTS, size down one, size up one, purely based on your waist measurement.

truth is, they don't know what the rest of your legs look like.

just because someone has the same sized waist as you doesn't mean they can give you good sizing advice.

  6. I usually ignore the suggestions to go TTS, size up, or size down.

Choosing denim based on a waist measurement doesn't do you much good.

Everyone's body is different...just because you have the same waist as someone else doesn't guarantee your the same fit in the thighs and from the knee down.

If you can't try on the jeans in person, the best thing to do is to look at the size charts and check all the measurements.
