Naw, if you wanna take a train, Septa goes to Trenton from 30th Street and NJ transit goes to Penn Station for like $27 round trip. At the transfer in Trenton, the trains share the same platform, so no confusion or hassle.

Granted, it takes a bit longer than the Acela, but it is a hell-of-a-lot cheaper.

I really need to stop putting myself into awkward situations. I feel like I encounter so many people who don't realize how socially inept they are and have no idea when to shut the fuck up (this coming from someone who is somewhat awkward). Naw, other than the one incident, I must say I love my gear ratio as it is (48/18). I really need to use bike dashboard or something to check my top speed, pretty sure it tops out really high already. I don't think I want a fixie for some of the hills I bomb, I love coasting down them too much anyway.

I hate it when it takes forever for someone to respond to a text or email. Maybe my views of what constitutes a "reasonable amount of time" are distorted since I check my email obsessively, but I still don't think it should take someone more than two hours to respond if they list something on CL. I want to pick up a pair of bikes but they are almost an hour out of my way and i'm currently headed in that direction, but the seller didn't answer their phone and hasn't replied to an email from earlier. Oh well.

Yay! Abandoned my fixed gear conversion in favor of picking up a BMX, I do love my SS road bike though. I have gotten used to climbing hills on it and I must say that the only downfall is the inability to pedal fast enough when bombing large (I mean really big, only been an issue once) hills.

I think I need a life coach, i'm incapable of making good decisions on my own.

I was three minutes late to my motorcycle class this morning and they wouldn't let me ride . At least the cop I passed going 15+ over the speed limit didn't pull me over (no clue why, probably would have had I been in my car as opposed to my dad's car [working adult concept]).

I had a terrible dream last night in which I removed my pants and saw that I had horrible rashes/scars/whatever up and down my thighs from my skinnies being too tight. Shit was scary (I still remember how they looked)!

Parking tickets. I mean, if I was being reasonably negligent it wouldn't be a problem, but this morning it pissed me off. I walked out to my car to move it only to see a guy walking away. I see the ticket and ask, "Is there anything that can be done about this?"

Dude's English was like 50%. I explain that I set my alarm for eight (they are something like eight to eight) and that I pay it for two hours every morning and that I was just coming outside to move it. He tells me that, "Yeah, your car did have time when I walked past, but I went down to that car and gave it a ticket then came back to your meter." What the fuck (ticket said 10:05, meter probably ran out around 10:03)?

He tells me if I go down today they'll probably void it for me. I go and they tell me no dice. I want to fucking smack the stupid illegal they hired for their predatory tactics. I find it discouraging and it makes me not want to go there. This all took place in Lancaster City (made famous by Jon and Kate Plus 8), a city known for its Big Brother-esque widespread use of cameras on the street. God I hate predatory ticketing.
