is the 400R and 400S a modified higher rise version of the old cut?

The quality is quite low, its what you would expect out of a frame that costs that much. They try to pass it off as the same quality as a pair of frames that costs five times as much but the truth is you're getting what you pay for when it comes to the finish and feel.
thanks for the info.

^ i've come across their stuff in an advert on smith journal. have you handled them in real life? how is the quality?

if the measurements are what they are, i think i've found my size. been a bit concerned like everybody else with the waist and the thigh measurements but then figured out that if the waist does fit small, i can always soak them with the waistband above water.
also given how the waist stretches back out for quite a bit, i would assume the other parts would stretch out slightly as well. excited to get this going now.

coleslawyum that's one hell of a beautiful wear on those boots that certainly looked better with age.
CTB great work done by richard. i have a pair of zug boots that are due for a bit of resoling soon but was hesitant on how natural soles would work, alas you have taken the plunge and they do look great and deserve that new lease of life! beautiful boot collection as always.

looking great riff. need full pics of you on the bike. been a while...

first ever fit pic from you? impeccable sizing on those pants. they fit you to a t.

any idea how the ordering will be done? do we put our orders through on our own or is there some form of consolidation?
uncertain about the sizing even though taichi-san has indicated that these will shrink to tagged size. will be looking forward to more measurements...

nice to see riff back and posting, brings back a little bit of familiarity...
on a separate note, that is the best simple fit i've seen in a while double o soul. please keep your fit pictures coming.

fit is spot on flash, great work on the sizing. fits your bodytype well.

nice crinkled look on those. im definitely looking forward to see more pictures down the road with a fully worn in pair. always liked the japanese crinkle fades although i cant say that everybody likes those.
the fit looks great on you as well. i might have missed out on your earlier post but did you purchase these directly off warehouse?

the details on the burgus plus x warehouse are pretty nice and price isn't too steep as well. was tempted to pick them up but then realised the front rise is crazy short (plus im not touching anything 4 buttons fly). for the slimmer folks this is a pretty nice option for a slim cut.

tell your girlfriend you eat pussy. she's gonna buy you a ton. problem solved.

i was wondering why everybody stopped taking WAYWT outfits altogether then realised the existence of this thread...

they'll probably last you a lot longer after the resole. not too sure why they even bothered with the original crepe soles which they really should have called crap soles.
they look pretty damn good now.

after working retail, i now fold all items that i try but not buy, making sure that the sides are all flushed before returning them to the working staff.

i've never been an owner of kapital products (honestly i can't afford it to no fault of the brand itself) but have been following the kapital thread for a while now because of the admiration for the products they make. i think we can all agree that jon is a subject matter expert on the brand itself and has been more than helpful in providing us with a whole lot of information, requests for proxy etc without asking for anything in return. while there are times that he does indeed appear to be a bit snarky, by no means do i think it was out of malice or anything. it's just the way how he is and i honestly don't think there is a generic model template for everybody.
i do still regard him highly for the work he does and the depth of knowledge that he has. sometimes i think we take for granted that everybody is paul trynka-nice (for LVC enquiries). jon just seems to me like someone with a very strong mind of his own about the things and values he believes in and has been pretty objective all this while to kapital related matters. i might not be his biggest fanboy but i don't think he bothers about things like that and i guess that's what i respect this guy for.
