  1. The WWII is based on the 1101 cut which is loosely based on the 66 model. Originally, it comes with paper patch and no hidden rivets. FC added the leather patch and hidden rivets later.

As far as the 0105, I think FC just posted the wrong info. It is still the same as the 0105C as far as the cut.

  2. Four simple steps:

    1) email them what you want.

    2) They will let you know what it will cost.

    3) pay via paypal.

    4) package shows up at your door.

Edit: Moykky - love to see some more detail shots of your 2101XX.

  3. LHT = left hand twill. Indicate the direction of the weave. If you look at the jean, the grain lines run from the top left-hand corner of the fabric towards the bottom right. Lee denim always use LHT where as Levi's always use right hand twill. Most denim produced now is RHT.

12.5 oz is light weight but vintage denim from the 40s and 30s are about 11.5 to 12.5 oz. Heavier isn't always better.

  4. I have a 39"-40" chest and I wear 16.5 in KTH shirts. I am a large in most Japanese shirts (42 Flat Head shirts). The sizing charts from E-workers are post wash.

Edit: the sizing charts on e-worker are very accurate.

  5. Not trolling here at all, but can someone explain ducks to me? I've been looking at the new Roy's, and while I can appreciate the construction, I can't understand how and where I could wear them? It might just be a piece of clothing that is over my head.

Duck pant + chambray, wabash, or denim shirts and jackets. Can't go wrong with those combo.

  6. Received my new French Woad dyed 350 t.

The rib cuffs not as bulky as the first season.

Sofest t shirt I own. Very comfortable.

  7. The bias cut strew looks great. I love the color of the canvas fabric.

I like the minimalistic look of the hook buckle myself. It seems quite easy to get off as well....just press the pin. Any chance you will have the logwood dyed leather with hook buckle? I love how the leather aged in this pic

  8. Close up of the weld dyed t shirt. This is taken under direct sunlight so it's slightly exggerated. You can see the uneven fading of the natural dye.

The upper chest area and the upper back is slightly more faded than the sides.

    Bill,

Just got the new French woad dyed 350 T. Color is amazing. Much more vibrant than English woad dyed version which I also love.

  9. The waist stretches out very easily as Flash stated. I would look at the thigh measurement to make your final decision. I have a pair of 1101 in size 32. The top block measures about 20" across the third button(raw measurement).
