The Hawley shirt from Indigofera is a real beauty. Soft but heavyweight in a rich, burnt umber brown, this piece looks great and feels special as soon as you put it on. Heavyweight snap fastenings and a satin lined collar, placket and cuffs all come together to make the complete package.

This week sees the welcome return of the Fargo shirt from Indigofera, in their new 'Winlock' selvedge. Clocking in at a solid 13oz, the Fargo is designed to be either a stand alone piece or to function as an overshirt or jacket substitute, with a liitle extra room built in to the cut. The sanforized fabric is bursting with texture promising unique fading potential and it has some great finishing touches in the form of heavy duty logo snap fasteners along with riveted cuffs and gusset.
Another updated version of an old favourite is the Norris flannel in khaki/charcoal colourway. Using a Japanese, shuttle loomed selvedge fabric creates a soft, comfortable, yet sturdy option.

Perfect for changeable climes, the aptly named All-Weather from Moonstar is now available in this effortlessly casual beige colourway. Each shoe is handmade and fired in a kiln at 120 °C (248 °F) for 70 minutes which causes the sulphur mixed inside the raw rubber to chemically react, returning the rubber to its natural elasticity and creating a soft, flexible, and durable sole. The shoe is then waterproof to the level of the rubber, whilst the canvas upper allows the foot to breathe. Sunshine, showers, rain or even snow - no problem for these.
We have also replenished our stocks of the All-Weather in Khaki and the lower, gym classics in black and white.

Have you seen the D306 in the Pioneer denim released since you left TFH? The rise is great and there is extra thigh room too.
Our RJB (whilst not strictly FH) collaboration was conceived to offer a higher rise compared with their core range. The left hand twill denim is so soft so can be worn super slim in comfort. Then we did the RFR-004 for a relaxed tapered fit but I think you'd favour the RFR-002

Iron Heart comes through with a truly versatile piece, the IHSH-177. Utilising a heavy duty, 18 oz fabric this can be worn as either a shirt or a jacket according to circumstance. They have taken the much loved silhouette of their classic denim western and transformed it into a CPO with the addition of hand warmer pockets, heavy duty press stud fastening and a twill lining to the cuffs, collar stand and pocket linings. This really will cross the seasons with ease.

The Flat Head releases its latest Shinki horsehide Rider's jacket. This custom made leather is a darker shade of black compared with its predecessor. The leather, still a substantial 1.3mm in thickness is slightly more supple than before. Being tea-core with a semi-aniline finish it will age magnificently. The asymmetrical design with D-pocket, cinch buckles, and sateen lining has otherwise not changed. This jacket is a flagship piece of the store and we are thrilled to have it back in stock.
We have also restocked the high tapered D306 jean in the Pioneer denim. This fit launched last year has proven popular with its medium to high rise, extra thigh room and slim silhouette from knee to hem.

We have a new denim from Pure Blue Japan. This is based on their signature fabric - dialled down to a lighter weight 12 oz, whilst retaining every bit of character, slub and texture of its heavier counterparts. The 1143 is available in the popular relaxed, tapered fit which allows a little more room in the thigh and rise, with a neat taper to the hem.

The ‘Eagle’ truly is a standout piece that overflows with details to simply marvel at. Putting down layer upon layer of embroidery, they have created a beautiful design with real density.

These jeans really do take some beating. They use RJB’s renowned signature left hand twill / Zimbabwe cotton denim, the superlative construction knowhow of TFH and with our very own cut and details. Another limited edition to arrive this week is the Iron Heart relaxed tapered 888 jeans in 21 oz. super black denim.
Both warp and weft are reactive dyed so there will be virtually no fading. The jeans offer a medium high rise, relaxed upper thigh and strong taper to a narrow leg opening.

Pure Blue Japan has launched a new denim limited to summer 2018. The 1144 is a slubby 14 oz. fabric with natural indigo warp and black reactive dyed weft. The jeans can be worn smart and dressy and the clean lines are finished off with a navy “shoai” leaf emblem on the back pocket. Reactive dyed black yarns will also fade so expect some high contrast evolution over time.

Each season PBJ never ceases to impress us with its new custom fabrics. The lightweight sweatshirt in various iterations is heavier than a T shirt but lighter than a sweatshirt. The fabric is developed in Wakayama and rope-dyed in Okayama. The round hem style comes in crew neck and long-sleeve Henley versions, the latter with indigo dyed chambray buttons. The Military Henleys feature metal buttons and available in both long and short sleeves.

Good Art Hlywd is the iterative product of a game of aesthetic oneupmanship that founder and designer Josh Warner has been playing against himself for three decades. Working in only fine metals in proprietary alloys, Good Art Hlywd creates a range of metal goods (and precious stones) so punchy and road-tested that traditional categories like “jewellery” and “accessories” are simply not up to the task.

3sixteen hits the spring with a full on relaxed, holiday vibe shown by three short sleeve shirts. The vacation shirt features a square hem and signature crosscut yoke. The cotton fabric is a light toned khaki, with a subtle texture delivered by some discreet cross hatch pattern stitching.
The Popover shirt is a button down collar, straight yoke with a 4 button half placket. 100% linen, with coconut buttons and palm leaf print, everything about this piece says summer in the sun and cool evenings relaxing with a beer.

Pure Blue Japan has now released a Trucker jacket with its own unique take. As you would expect from the masters of Indigo dyeing, these iterations demonstrate their skill in colour and tone. They are available in a double black with warp and weft both sulphur dyed. With wear the jacket will fade to grey. The deep indigo version has rope-dyed indigo warp and weft and is full of texture which fades with high contrast over time.

Pure Blue Japan has us ready and waiting for the warmer weather with two completely different takes on the work shirt silhouette. The first comes in a 4 oz. cotton light indigo chambray and the other in a wonderfully soft 8 oz. indigo "sun blushed' check. The Flat Head has taken inspiration from its classic 7001 denim shirt and updated it with a twist . Whilst keeping all the points that made the earlier version so popular – rolled inseams, mother of pearl snaps, western stitch detailing and slanted pockets – this time they have used a natural indigo to dye the yarns. This technique reveals a unique depth of fading with wear. The lighter weight 10 oz. fabric makes this a perfect option to traverse the seasons.

The Flat Head constantly pushes itself to find new and superior techniques in all aspects of its production. They have used a new gradation print similar to how a printing machine works (as opposed to screen printing) to produce the " Steady Blue" loopwheeled THC T shirt. This process allows for a more intricate pattern. The Flat Head has now returned to its original THC series fit.

Our first drop from Stevenson Overall this spring sees the return of the Saddle Horn jacket. This type II style in a 12 oz. indigo selvedge denim has front pleats which hail back to the first denim jackets of the 19th century. This version has a curved front yoke and exposed rivets for extra authenticity. It is single needle stitched throughout.
The long sleeve indigo waffle henley has also returned and is as soft as ever. This is a great fitting garment which like everything in our store just gets better with wear.

The 'Shady Financier" by Nine Lives is a 70% linen and 30% cotton blend in the same classic Nine Lives slim fit with raglan sleeves.
The buttons are concealed within the double placket save one small feature button on the chest. The fabric oozes texture which becomes ever more apparent after several washes. Available in white and khaki.No surprise here - Nine Lives nails both fit and fabric with the Ripple Hem T shirts. Nine Lives has absolutely smashed it with the ultimate transition jacket in the shape of the ‘Skin of Cthulhu’ sashiko bomber. This piece feels like something you hope will exist one day in the future, once materials & technology catch up with the imagination. The body is a custom Sashiko combining all the alchemy - indigo dyed, heat blackened and finally waxed. This results in a water repellent fabric, with a graphite sheen that will crock blue with wear as the indigo reveals itself. The lining is a rendering in thick, vintage rayon of HP Lovecrafts cosmic entity, Cthulhu designed by Florian Bertmer.

The ‘Nixon’ Blue chambray from Mister Freedom is inspired by the 50’s garment patterns. This shirt comes in a light 100% cotton Japanese fabric. The material is crisp to the touch with a subtle texture, and as always from MF, little details abound.
A double layer chest pocket, corozo buttons, contrast stitching with little flashes of summer green to bar tacks and chain stitch run off, concealed selvedge ID and a chin strap with vintage style MFSC button, all serve to raise the bar for this perfect, cool, chambray.

A new boot make-up from Viberg always creates a real sense of anticipation at the store. The latest arrival is no exception. Built on the 1035 last, with a partially structured toe, Viberg uses a truly beautiful ‘Mocha Vintage’ leather from Horween. This is the classic 7 eyelet, double stitch down, service boot style, lined with kip leather - an homage to many officer boots throughout WWII. It looks fantastic now and will clearly develop a unique depth of patina and character with wear.

New from Iron Heart is the Non-Fade Super Black Trucker in their signature 21oz. denim. Based on the instantly recognisable ‘type 3’ styling, Iron Heart has added the always popular hand warmer pockets and a little extra length through the body as an alternative to the usual short and boxy silhouette. Both the warp and weft are reactive dyed, so this will hold its colour well and true through much wear.

Our spring/summer range from Moonstar is now complete with the arrival of the second wave this week. Extending the line up we have added both the Canvas Thermo in beige and the Mud Guard in off white. These are kiln fired at 120 degrees centigrade which causes the rubber to naturally bond with both itself and the shoe upper, which creates an impermeable water proof layer to the top of the rubber. Super durable, super comfortable and super stylish, these have it all and more.
Last but not least - and to complement all the above, our latest range of Chup Socks are now available. With their expertly intricate patterning, hand-linked toe and heel which serve to form a flat seam over the heel and base of the toes, these socks provide maximum comfort.

I've never had a crotch blowout in all the Levi's, G-Stars, Diesels etc over my time on earth. It would be a shame if the first one happens with a Flat Head. Anyway, I am sure a tailor should be able to fix it if it happens.
I actually like the irregularities in this fabric. I was admiring the sun light on them this morning and people had to honk to get me moving at a traffic light.

The x013 is made using the signature 14 oz slubby denim. The x011 uses a slightly more lightweight denim (13.5oz) with a grey weft which makes the indigo warp have a very deep hue. Both have unique fades. The x011 fades pretty fast too.

This was only made once around 3-4 years ago and there are no plans to repeat it. The focus at the moment is on the slim tapered and relaxed tapered fits.

I agree the rise is not super high. However, one person's high is another one's medium and low to someone else. Just in from 3sixteen is the highly anticipated and very limited release M59 Parka in collaboration with Alpha Industries. In the classic 'fishtail' cut, this impeccably crafted piece is made from a custom 100% indigo herringbone twill fabric woven in Japan. The M-59 is based on the historic M-51 Fishtail Parka, which was heavy in the mod scene - a culture renowned for its clear symbiosis of both music and style which is perfectly illustrated here by 3sixteen's 15th birthday milestone piece. Velcro throat latch, snorkel hood, woven drawcords, leather stays and branded Alpha Industries two way zip all contribute to making this every bit as functional as it is stylish.

In anticipation of both better (and wetter) weather now that winter is drawing to a close, we have some new styles from the masters of Vulcanisation, Moonstar. This kiln firing process creates a casual shoe unsurpassed in comfort and practicality - they are watertight up to the level of rubber, whilst the canvas allows the foot to breathe. Now available in the higher, All-Weather brown; the mid, Mud Guard in khaki and a brand new style in the form of a true classic, recognisable to anyone who has ever been involved in the skate scene, the low, Raly black.
Restocks have also arrived for the All-Weather khaki and the Mud Guard navy.
Iron Heart also has one eye on warmer times as the heavyweight champs release a 6 oz. 'summerweight' flannel. Unbelievably soft to the hand yet tough as only Iron Heart can be, this is a real comfort piece. As always Rogue Territory epitomises modern styling with heritage craftsmanship. Their first offering for spring just emphasises the extent to which this is woven into the brand's DNA.
The new Field Jacket comes in two iterations. Firstly, in a Japanese custom Indigo Selvedge Canvas. This 12 oz. fabric has been indigo dyed, then rinsed to remove any shrink and to soften up the material and improve the drape. Cut to sit at hip length as with a traditional field jacket, this works well as soon as spring is upon us.
The same style is also available in a rather special and much anticipated Camo Canvas. Lighter in weight but not in function, this water repellent and waxed fabric clocks in at 6 oz. Perfect portable protection for all but the heaviest of storms. Both options come with branded feather buttons, 3 outer and one inner pocket.

The Traveler Shirt uses the same rinsed Indigo Selvedge Canvas as the Field jacket. Slim fitting with triple needle chainstitch construction, chest pocket and urea buttons, this impeccably cut piece will age and fade with a ton of character.
Once again, a lighter weight version is available, this time In the shape of the Jumper Indigo Gingham shirt. Intricately woven from a lightweight, Japanese 100% cotton-linen blend, the blue threads of the plaid pattern are indigo dyed and the shirt features a double needle French seam construction. Closer inspection reveals a real neppy aspect to the fabric, which all goes to add to the personality of this piece.
From Iron Heart we have the IH-777OD overdyed jeans. This is their super slim cut, in a 14 oz. selvedge denim. The Indigo threads have been overdyed black, resulting in a unique fade as the indigo is gradually revealed through the black.

Finally, a full on drop of Effector has arrived. Made to the exacting standards peculiar to this brand, and using the highest grade materials, we have a range of new styles for your wonder and delight including Blues Driver, Fuzz-s, Satori and Spring. The Heavy Indigo Dobby Work Shirt has been woven to a sturdy heavyweight using a traditional dobby loom. The weave utilises deep indigo dyed threads to both the warp and weft giving a subtle but definite depth of texture and tone. This will look better and better with dedicated wear. The seams are triple stitched for durability and the buttons are urea. With a straight yoke to the back, this is a work cut which avoids being boxy.
The Indigo Dobby Work Shirt is a lighter weight option, where the loom has been set to focus on the intricacy of the weave. The pattern reveals more depth at each level of observation. In the same work cut, this version comes with brass buttons.
The Sashiko Spring Coat is a real beauty that combines style and fabrics to create a perfect seasonal transition piece. Sashiko or "stabbing stitch" is traditionally used as repairing stitch for fabrics. The technique has been adapted to create clothing, providing as it does texture with breathability, weight without bulk. Indigo dyed, this comes complete with corozo nut buttons and chambray lined cuffs.
For jeans, we have chosen to introduce the 0405 and the 0306. Both use the highest quality Zimbabwe cotton, famed for its extra-long fibres, which deliver superior shaping and comfort. Both include all the features you would expect from the highest quality Japanese denim – hidden rivets to the rear pockets, folded belt loops, copper rivets, iron buttons & also the signature Momotaro peach inseam stitch.
The 0405 are on the heavier side of medium weight, coming in at 15.75oz. The denim has been sanforized to remove shrinkage and retains a great feel to the hand. The cut is a high tapered, which provides room through the top block and thigh, whilst tapering down to a narrower hem. Ideal for cyclists, lifters, sportsmen or anyone looking for a little extra comfort.
The 0306 are heading towards the lighter weight of the spectrum at 12 oz, making them the go to pair for warmer situations and ideally suited to the tight tapered cut. A great contemporary fit that loses none of the traditional details.
Completing the line-up we have these henleys; firstly a short sleeve in super soft cotton with a 3 button placket and undeniably flattering fit. Available in white.
The long sleeve version is a heavier weight affair, with a herring bone type woven lining throughout the body and sleeve. The cut is slightly looser to enable them to be worn as an over layer as well as a standalone. Available in white and a grey melange.

We are very happy to be included in an exclusive release with 3sixteen and Self Edge. The Final Hoodie is exactly what the name implies – this is the last hoodie you will ever want or need. The outer shell is the signature heavyweight construction and there the similarities end. The hood is lined with a waterproof fabric and 3M reflective paracords allow you to pull tight for full element protection. The kangaroo pockets are discreetly zipped for security and an extra Velcro closure phone pocket has been added to the inside breast. Just to make sure, it is finished with a thermal lining throughout.
Is there anything that could possibly improve the Final Hoodie? Well, yes… From the master jewellers at Good Art Hlywd, their contribution to this collaboration comes in the form of a pair of solid, sterling silver rope locks for the paracords which can be purchased in addition to the hoodie. Engraved along the sides and double faced with the Good Art emblem to one side and the 3sixteen crossed pick axes to the other, we can’t imagine a better or more appropriate adornment to an item of men's clothing.

Just in from Rogue Territory are the 16.75 oz. SK super slim jeans. They use a pure indigo, vertical slub denim made in Okayama. Woven with a looser weave, these heavier weight jeans are able to soften and relax after a handful of wears, whilst retaining the texture and character of the slubby fabric. Examples abound of the amazing fade potential of this denim.

With the exception of those just starting out on their first, we don’t know anyone who just has one Iron Heart Ultra Heavy Flannel - these shirts win from whichever angle you come at. The eco friendly, non-farmable Aspero cotton provides a superior loft and comfort, more similar to wool than cotton but without the scratchiness, washing and care hassles associated with wool. Double brushed on the inside for extra softness and insulation and single brushed on the face. Spot on fit, felled seams and black logo’ed snaps, these shirts can stand the test of time through style and durability.
The latest iterations (IHSH-206) in either brown or green have come close to selling out before even hitting our website so don’t sleep on these.

Also new in - the 21 oz. 777 jeans. Using Iron Heart's renowned signature fabric, a heavyweight 21 oz. denim. It is woven at a tension that allows comfort and breathability right from the go. The 777 is a super slim cut with a great, trim silhouette. It is more tapered below the knee than other Iron Heart styles thus opening up this amazing fabric to a whole new audience.
It has a slightly lower rise compared with the 555-01 which we have also restocked this week.

To finish off we have also just taken delivery of Iron Heart's heavy duty, Tochigi leather belt. It comes with teardrop holes and a nickel plated solid brass buckle. For those who like their belt length ‘just so’, these are easily customisable, with a brass Chicago screw construction, which allows for easy customisation. Available in natural.
