  1. When did this shit get so complicated?

When fucking morons/asshats forgot how to enthusiastically participate in a simple and generous demonstration of community spirit.

It's really not that complicated at all. Let's not get all hyperbolic with the sarcasm. Just let sam and taco handle it however they want.

  2. wow, a reply from Baeyer-Drewson 1 min later? Do you spend your entire day lurking here and responding? You seriously need a life.

I hate your inability to understand the irony of this post.

  3. i dunno, i think maybe baeyer-drewson isn't the one taking things too seriously

Ding, ding, ding. Tell him what he's won.

I don't actually hate you, roastedchickenwing, just in it for lulz. That said, your posts do suggest that you are the very definition of human mediocrity, and I fucking hate mediocrity. Now fuck off and watch some Two and a Half Men (cue canned laughter).

  4. and this ^ for sure. SOA was dope last night. I was hyped how they wrapped S3 (not gonna ruin it, but hyped to see Opie do his thing at the end). This season's gonna be solid.

The major Ireland story arc in season 3 was pretty weak, but the last episode more than made up for it. So fucking good.

Gonna watch the new ep tonight.

  5. A lot of good suggestions over the last few pages.

    I think the organisers should:

    i) consider each of these suggestions on their own merits,

ii) allow all potential swappers to nominate themselves, and then

iii) reserve the right to veto any individual from participating if there are good (but not necessarily disclosed to the board or participant) reasons for doing so. These might include infrequent activity, poor past packages, etc... Any unpleasantries can be avoided by simply announcing participants at a later date (rather than progressively) and informing undesirable participants that the swap is now full.

The libertarian in me is revolting at such a fascist idea but, hey, it's just a superswap not a nation.

    Thoughts?

  6. The general assumption of all Europeans should be the same, it's only America really that cuts a bit of your dick off...

Yeah, only America... and Israel... and the Jewish communities of Europe... and the Islamic communities of Europe... and all other predominantly Islamic nations... and a significant minority of all other nations for various medical or cultural regions.

  7. also - just a quick random thought - after having laid eyes on the 25oz denim - out of this world. have never seen something that´s been woven so tight

Could not be more excited for these. These are the VMC release right? Will anybody else be selling them?

  8. Seen both. Layne is right. The Sopranos is probably the most important TV show ever made simply because it redefined what TV could be.

The Shield is great fun if you suspend disbelief at some of the plot devices. When I saw a few eps as a teenager (young teenager) I remember thinking, wow, this is some crazy shit, a show about corrupt cops? But watching the whole series as an adult, a lot of the events for plot progression are pretty incredulous. Still a whole lotta fun though.

  9. ^Yeah Ayn Rand is a bit of a slug. Anthem was pretty enjoyable, but The Fountainhead or Atlas Shrugged just looks like torture. Feel free to correct me if I'm misinformed.

I kinda feel the same way about Infinite Jest, ie, like I will never finish it. It's certainly a lot of fun though.
