Kiya, you mentioned that you guys had a Flathead Black Mint Shirt with wear on it. Any pictures as I want to see what it would turn into.

Oh, I'm switching to a full-frame camera soon which was why I probably didn't look into it. I read a review on it from kenrockwell.com and it listed some issues on autofocusing but what do you mean by wider? It sounds pretty solid besides that.

Sigma 30mm f1.4
I always thought that a Nikkor 50mm F1.8 would be a better prime with a more "medium-distance" range. How's the build quality on the sigma though?

I just started with a Canon XT a few weeks ago and I've been more than satisfied with the kit lens. I would suggest just taking pictures with what you've got and improving your glass down the road when you have a better idea of what you want/need. If you're really itching to get something you could look into something like a 18-200mm zoom as an all-around lens. I don't anything about what Nikon or the third party manufacturers offer in that range. However, if you've got cash to burn just disregard what I've said and maybe someone else can give you some recommendations.
I have an 18-200 VR for my nikons. it's a pretty sweet lense although I do like taking pictures with my prime as it's way faster and focuses a lot better. it's definitely a good all around lense when you're just going around town although it's heavy compared to the kit lense on most cameras.

I have a 1986 Honda Spree. It's been having some minor problems and I want to take off the head and check it out. But alas, no time.

^ the HDR one
i will add that it looks really cool, probably the best application of HDR i've seen...
picture is taken in SF?
nope. from Hong Kong. Do you have a link of the FFVII image though because I've only given permission for one person and they used it in a Ghost in a Shell fanart.

and I have a question about cases/bags. I am looking for a holster-type bag to carry a DSLR plus a 50mm prime. And then I'm looking for hard cases to put lenses in.

my first attempt at HDR.
3vilcrayon.deviantart.com for the rest. I really want a new camera cause the noise issue is just really bothering me.
and my latest picture.

What do you guys recommend as far as dates go? I usually just buy burritos and we go to the beach cause well, we love the beach. We're really looking for a nice romantic sit-down place.

I've been looking at a pair of Red Wing Gentleman Travelers and was wondering if the sole was anti-slip or if I could get anything to make it anti-slip. I just need some shoes for work and it's been getting super slippery and well, I want these boots as well.

i've had my E2Cs for almost 6 years now. They still sound amazing and I use the medium soft rubber sleeves. I had to buy them separately but damn are they worth it. I heard they come with more now so that's cool. I like that people don't know how to wear them so they just give up. They also double as earplugs when I ride on my scooter or a motorcycle so I don't get all that wind noise.
My only complaints are that I can't hear people when they speak to me. Even my dad, who swears by his bose noise-canceling headphones thinks mine sound better and don't suck up battery life to do that whole noise-canceling stuff.

Currently riding a 1986 Honda Spree for commuting. Had a 1995 Ninja 250 but sold it. Looking into starting again with a Rebel or Virago and then bumping myself up to a Triumph Street Triple R
