    SHIRTING

    3.1 Phillip Lim

    F/W 2010 Tuxedo Shirt with Frayed Cuffs $120

    Originally purchased last month at the flagship 3.1 Phillip Lim store

    in Seoul for something ridiculous like 400 USD. Nevertheless, it's

    a gorgeous shirt, made in an ultra lush/smooth ice grey oxford

    cotton; features a wing tip collar and fabric-covered buttons. The

    barrel cuffs of the shirt also have a beautiful frayed detail on the

    end, but it's actually not frayed cotton but a teddy-bear-soft fur

    that's been sewn on. Overall, it's just a steezy shirt, just too big

    on me. Size is M, best for a 48. Shirt is BNWT.

    3.1 Phillip Lim

    Beaded Pleat Buttondown $65

    Features a beaded pleat; color is a mint green; originally retailed

    for $360 at Barneys. Size is M, best for a 48. Shirt is BNWOT.

    Band of Outsiders

    Pleated Bib Microhoundstooth Buttondown $120

    A very rare piece from Band from back in the day; I'm going

    to guess F/W07 or F/W06. Features a dark grey/blue micro-

    houndstooth pattern with a pleated bib, in a tuxedo shirt-like

    fashion. Mother of Pearl buttons throughout, all reinforced

    by yours truly. All the classic details of Band shirts in a

    dressier cotton, back yoke, darts, and A fit all apparent.

    Size is M, fits as a standard Band M.

    Dries Van Noten

    Piped-Seam Buttondown $65

    Features a unique piped-seam detail running from the side of the

    body of shirt all the way to the inner side seam of the sleeve.

    Piping is a unique red-orange hue. Shirt itself features a short

    length; made of a textured cotton; subtle red and blue stripes.

    Size is M, best for a 46-48.

    Sleep Buttondown $130

    Gorgeous white oxford shirt from S/S09 I believe. This

    oxford is differs from the Standard Buttondown in that it

    is a bit longer and also has silk trimming throughout

    all the hems, at the barrel cuffs, the center button pleat

    and the club collar. This is a beautiful shirt, and it pains

    me to sell it, but I'm looking at an Ervell shirt from this

    current season and need some funds. Just to note, this

    shirt was never picked up by retailers; this is a sample

    runway piece. Size M, fits a 48 best.

    Band of Outsiders

    White Twill Buttondown SOLD

    Standard buttondown shirt; made of twill for a more dress shirt feel;

    shirt was hardly worn at all, kept in storage mostly. Size is M.

    Nom de Guerre

    3/4 Sleeve Chambray SOLD

    From S/S10 I believe, or maybe F/W09, can't quite recall.

    Regardless, it was purchased from Opening Ceremony

    in LA at full retail. Beautiful shirt, soft chambray, MOP

    buttons. 3/4 sleeve has a button to secure sleeve end

    or to help roll sleeve. Size is M, best for a 46-48.

    Rugby Shirt $110

    Knit rugby polo from S/S09; features a unique collar and barrel cuffs

    made from oxford cotton to contrast with the knit body. Another

    detail can be seen in that the stripes running through the body

    are actually individual knit sections that have been fused

    together. Classic Ervell attention to detail. Size is M.

    Opening Ceremony

    Moto Zip Flannel $120

    Interesting shirt flannel; features an asymmetric YKK zip that

    creates a moto jacket feel; also has two slash pockets, a thin

    collar complemented with rider-style lapels; great attention

    to detail. Color is navy. Size is M, best for a 46.

    Yes, a bit odd to be in this collection of sales, received as a

    gift many moons ago; guaranteed authentic, has just sat in

    my closet for eons; print is still in great shape. Size is L.

    PANTS

    Lanvin

    Grosgrain Waistband Trousers SOLD

    Features a wide-legged, yet narrow leg-opening fit; grossgrain

    waistband. Waist measures 17"; inseam 27"; hem 7.5"; light

    summer cotton weight; color is a chocolate brown. Missing

    one button for rear pocket. Size is 50, somewhat a 48-50.

    Suede Penny Loafers $90

    running across the sole; classic penny loafer shape; soles still

    02 i turn 21 in 4 days :o

    03 my fob friends call me bobby, my high school friends call me robert, and my college friends call me rob. don't know how that came around exactly

    04 i have an unhealthy habit of ordering sesame chicken from my local chinese takeout place when theres nothing to cook

    05 met my first girlfriend when she approached me back in high school at six flags and asked if i knew a certain band that just happened to be my favorite band at the time. i said yes, she said i look like the band lead, we take a photo, numbers, etc.

    06 she left me for some other asian emo punk dude

    07 i got my last girlfriend in high school by being a homewrecker. good friend of mine was away at school and asked me to get some comfort foods for his girlfriend still back in our hometown after they fought. i of course help the poor guy out, before i know it, girl asks me to come to bed and that was the end of that

    08 first girlfriend in college happened when we both drank till we passed out on my futon, when i woke up and saw she was staring at me. figured she was feeling me, so i make my move...only to figure out the next day she was staring at her empty bowl of udon she had forgotten to clean up and left at the window sill right behind my head...oh well

    09 ive only slept with women older than me, my current obsession being a 27 year old...think i can do it?

    10 but i need my girlfriend to be someone...how to say...less intelligent than me; i can't date someone who's a know it all

    25 i got into my first major car accident in high school after blasting the rocket summer after getting a girl to say yes to a date after school; was driving down the main road back home when i thought i saw another girl i knew by the sidewalk. stared and squinted too long at the sidewalk until i looked back to find a bigass minivan in my face. hit it going 35, miracle the air bags didnt pop

    Canvas Oxfords $170

    These are from SS09 I believe. Canvas oxfords in grey, these

    are relatively hard to come by. The canvas has been treated

    by me with oil to darken them slightly. Just a personal aesthetic

    choice, and the price reflects it. Toe box shape is just perfect

    on these oxfords, also has the thinner spring leather sole. Size

    is 42, fits relatively true to size.
