  1. i wasn't really concerned with technicalities too much at the time...plus the last pic i had put up of it was already after i ordered them...i'll probably try to clean it up a lil for the next batch

    technicalities?

checking typography on any piece of art shouldn't be considered a technicality, but a part of the design process.

i wouldn't put something like that out for myself, let alone a client.

    sorry, but not an excuse.

if my words are slurred or misspelled, it's because im drunk. sorry.

  2. so my brother decided to take my bike around the block to 7/11. on the way back home he got fucked up from some idiot and their dog. he's not used to riding a road bike. he wiped out. and my bullhorns bars got totally fucked. 1 side is totally dented.

so now. i'm thinking to try some drops. any recommendations on drops/prices and brake levers to match? :/

edit. needs to be black. painted. anodized. whatever.

  3. gatorkins are an obvious choice, although they dont have much in the way of color. they last a long fucking time, and they roll very nicely.

shameless plug: ive got one BNWT gatorskin 700x25 that id sell you for pretty cheap if you wanted to. itd lower your price for a pair.

I'm a big fan of Conti Grand Prix 4000's, as well as Michelin Krylion Carbon's. Both will run you around that price range, with the Conti's being more expensive.

thanks for feedback. reading the gator's sidewalls are actually weak making lots of flats and such.

will rea dup on the conti's.

any thoughts on gommitalia calypso k's?

  4. anyone had any experience of having a bike shipped from us to uk?the guy im buying from seems to be telling me its not possible under 600us and only way is 30 day by ocean?

i've shipped large boxes full of shit. clothes, dishware, cutlery etc, over 30x30x30 inches from toronto ontario to macedonia (skopje) for 100$

it was by freight, ocean, which is like 30 business days as you said. that'd probably be your cheapest method.
