A quick question. I was looking at memory upgrades as I only have 1 GB (2 x 512) and through Apple, they don't sell 4 GB upgrades, only 2 GB upgrades for $300. I went over to Crucial and they sell 4 GB for $119.98.

Obviously, I want to go through Crucial but I am wondering why there is such a steep price difference and if I have Applecare, how can I get it installed as to not invalidate my Apple Care? And how much would that cost?

I'm not sure if this information is pertinent, but Crucial says my system is: "MacBook 2.0GHz Intel Core 2 Duo (13-inch White) MB061LL/B Laptop/Notebook."

The Flat Head

Maybe you guys should expand into carrying the Flat Head rings as well. I've only ever seen the class rings they make but I really like this one.

I'm kind of wondering what kind of results Gordon got sizing down as much as he did, in terms of testing construction. I would think that if anyone should be having problems, it would be his pair, and yet I have a more relaxed fit than I was looking for and construction isn't close to my APCs (IMO).

It was nice of him to give those who got them chainstitched the extra material to do repairs though.

The selvage seam (the outside seam), right at the knee.

Has anyone had a tear along the seam? My outer seam near my knee came undone (about 2.5 inches of it). For how little I've worn these, I'm a little surprised that they need a repair already.

I had to size up from my usual apc shoe size due to sheepskin lining.

I've never seen these in real life, but for me the attraction is their comfort and warmth. They have a rugged look to them while still being something I would throw on to run errands. I don't need these in my life, but if I had the cash, I might have copped.

The prices for the new shit are climbing even higher possibly due to the euro. The strapless hi's (mesh and non-leather) are running 665 while the strapless hi's that are suede/leather will be 730. Lo's are going to come in at 565 and 585 for the strap version. The dress shoes are going to be around 875-895. Lots of sick stuff coming out for spring but lanvin isn't bringing much heat in the shoe game looks like.

Schott makes a nice pea coat if authenticity is what you are seeking. Spiewak, Hare, Banana Republic, etc...lots of stores have pea coats.

You might want to consider lowering your price if you want to sell to US buyers. It would be cheaper for us to buy a brand new one from Self Edge at your price...but I hope you find a European buyer!
