I knew I felt something when I was in the movies. By the way, Michael Clayton is a boring ass movie.
I would think anything is boring compared to an Earthquake. And Michael Clayton looked badass too..damn!

Hey Anton, is that a '00 6R poking it's nose into the picture?
I'm not a bike expert, but did you mean to say R6 and not 6R?
edited: Nevermind. I thought you meant Yahama R6 before I googled and came up with the Kawasaki ZX-6R as well.
And Anton - sick fit! Mine fit a bit baggier than that but I think you've got one of the best fits so far.

I'm going to keep thing simple and go for the Vans x Marc Jacobs Prison Issue. By far the only pair of velcro shoes I can see myself wearing. There is definitely more but I've been eyeing those for awhile...and they have to be white.

That is a beautiful coat. Not my style, but downright gorgeous.

Free bump. I love those Pumas. They remind me of the Lanvin sneakers that everyone is after these days.

Nigo reminds me a lot of Mugatu from Zoolander.
"Mugatu is so hot right now he could take a crap, wrap it in tinfoil, put a couple fish hooks on it and sell it to Queen Elizabeth as earrings."
Throw the word BAPE on anything, call it limited edition and it'll fetch ten times what it should actually cost.
But if anyone wants to sell me that flannel shirt from this season...PM me

it just hit cnn.
it's official.
superfuture is a more accurate and faster source of news than cnn.
You act as though you're surprised.

And if you didn't place the order through BiG already, I saw somebody posted here they are selling a $301 credit. The only poster there said $250 but if you are considering going through BiG that might be a good option for you.

I received my 32x34 (Hemmed Raw by BIG [#170]) 660's on Thursday. Unimpressive in raw state, but after the first hot soak I really got to see the material, and wow!
Unimpressive in raw state? I'm not sure if I agree with that statement, but the post-wash state is awesome. The quality from these jeans, in my mind warrants a $250+ price tag.

I would recommend scouring eBay and thrift stores as well. eBay has some pretty good deals on most types of Clarks. Redwings seem to be a little pricier but I'm sure with enough time you'll find something.

I highly doubt that the masses will ever buy in to the idea of dry denim and it's wear. Most people will either give up or be disgusted at the thought of not washing their jeans on a weekly basis.
I couldn't agree more. Most people I talk to are simply disgusted that "I still have three months left until the first wash of my jeans". AND I Febreeze them too.

I'm gonna BeDazzle "Rhinestone Cowboy" across the butt of mine when I get them.
I stand corrected. I didn't know it was BeDazzle and not Bedazzle. Oh well. Time to come up with something better than that...I have a feeling someone will reference their love for Cheep back there...

The hardware looks great. Break out the Bedazzler if you don't like the rust...I already have a rhinestone stripe down the side of mine.

For those in the U.S., did you have to sign for the DHL package? I just got my shipping email but won't be home during the day.
I didn't have to. I got home from class and they were waiting for me, and to my knowledge, nobody was at my house to sign for them.
I'd be irate if I missed the delivery man and had to wait another day to get them.

I agree with the purple hue as well, and I feel like the slubbiness of the denim gives it a slight gray hue.
I thought I read somewhere that APC NS have a purple hue as well, but I can't really see a similarity between the two.
I feel bad for the people that missed out on the jeans because I am incredibly satisfied with them, especially for the price.

How do you guys like the Sexy new models on the front page of BiG's website?
Hmmm....are those models someone I should know?

Just chiming in, my size 32s shrank down to BiG's measurements after 2 hot soaks.
They need to be hemmed more than I thought and it looks like I might have to send them to Self Edge as I'm sure Gordon is busy enough as it is.

#184 checking in.
Hot soaked once for 5 hours, tumble dried and wore for a few hours. Did a second hot soak for 4 hours, tumble dried again and they are almost to the post-soak size on BiG (size 32).
Is anyone else having the problem that the coin pocket rivet is destroying the edge of your belt? It isn't too major now but in a years time it may be more substantial.

I know there has been a lot of speculation regarding the amount of people preordering and the amount of people actually intending on entering the contest, but for what it is worth, I probably would have remained a lurker and unregistered on here if it weren't for the contest.
I caught the Sams contest half-way through and when I saw the results I swore to myself I wouldn't let the next one get away.
And BTW, if anyone has any questions, Gordon is by far one of the nicest guys I've ever talked with. He definitely is willing to answer each and every question.
Can't wait 'til they come!
