The powers that be? Really?
Oh God! My thighs are so big! Oh please Jesus help me! I MUST fit into those slim expensive Japanese jeans or else how will I impress other skinny guys on the internet?? Oh Lord! WHAT HAVE I DONE TO DESERVE NORMAL PROPORTIONS?????????
heh, by "the powers that be", I meant kiya, etc. who I consider the final word on FH advice...
I certainly didn't intend to imply someone is overweight because they can't fit into 3001's, just that there are better options for cleaner fits for different body types. I think we'd both agree that it doesn't make sense to wear something that doesn't fit well? But whatever its all good and in the end you gave more helpful advice...

With all this free jean raffle talk I'm hoping that there'll also be one for the SExFH when it comes out...please, kiya?
the wait is killing me....

I'm no expert but at that height I'd think you'd need a smaller size for the silhouette to work out, but at that weight I don't think you'll be able to squeeze your thighs into a pair that small...hopefully the powers that be might be able to point you in the right direction (380's?)!

So we're allowed multiple entries? If so, is it possible to find out if our answers were correct or not?

height: 189 cm (6.2 feet)
weight: 71kg (156 lbs)
Interesting indeed...sounds like you're skinny enough to fit a 32 which would probably be skin tight. I recommend a size 33 which happens to be your true waist. If your legs are as skinny as I'm picturing then it might act as a "sizing up buffer" (keeping in mind that sidneylo sized one up to get his fit) by going with a 33, giving you the fit your looking for. But please, do NOT take my word for it, I'm definitely no expert...hopefully kiya will weigh in on this!
Yay for flatheads!
EDIT: ooops kiya got to it before me...

well, i measured my wiast and it's 33,8" (2" below my navel).... don't you think that's confusing? actually i think that my real waist size is 32/33. so should i go with size 32 or size 33? i've got skinny legs and no big thighs. i want them to be slim (like the sidneylo fit) thanks in advance. hopefully you can help me.
Height and weight, if you don't mind me asking?

no offense but the above post affirms my belief that diors are not bought for their fading properties. i wore a pair of nudies for about one year, and the fade was comparable to those diors, however i am sure the diors fit better! no offense if you think those have faded well.
Always an exception to the rule...they do have some potential although I agree with you.

Vertical fading is looking good. I don't know if it's just me, but did anyone else expect the fades to be coming in a little quicker than what's happening on these?
No worries...adsurgo is up next....

Posted these a few times before, but these jeans have recently hit the one year mark and I decided to give them a wash for its birthday...somewhat disappointed with the results, and they're definitely nowhere near the level of stuff you usually see here but what the heck I'm gonna post them anyways...and no, there was NO pinching involved.....
Levi's premium 519 one year, 2 washes (7months and one year):
rear side is lacking....
knees about to rip apart...in this picture you can see the brownish nature of these jeans as well as the blues...
Now to focus on my FH's...
EDIT: thanks for the kind words and +rep....not sure if its deserved though! haha

price too high? PM me to negotiate!

doubt anyone's interested in these, but I really do need to get rid of them...

I can't believe these are still here...I would def. buy, in fact they seem perfect but I'm not sure about sizing. I wear a size 31 for FH3001's but I've been known to slip into 29's for basically everything else...
If these drop to $200 (wishful thinking) I will buy!
EDIT: currently trying to raise funds for this

4001bk will not come back, but the SEXFH05 will also be available in black (30 pairs).
....I see myself out of about $600 in a few months....

I took that pic when i got right out of bed. I was about 173cm (roughly 5'8) and I weigh a constant 57kg (125.4 lbs)
I'm trying to go for maximuium shrinking a hot soak can do. I always prefer my jeans to fit tighter (but not skin tight) so that I can stretch them out to a shape which moulds to my body frame.
I'm currently giving them a 4 hr hot soak in water of about 80 degrees.
Sounds good...the reason I ask is because I'm pretty much the same build as you, height and weight (well, plus 10ish lbs.) but went with a 31...I still suspect I should've sized down more but love these jeans enough that I don't mind the larger fit...anyways enjoy your jeans and post post soak fit pics if you can!

malky looking good although they might be a little tight post soak depending on what your're going for (although I'm no expert)...you going to do cold or hot? and also if you don't mind me asking, what is your height and weight? I have a suspicion you're going to have a really good fit though...

For some reason I never clicked on this thread, and apparently missed out on a lot...I hope everything is going alright with adsurgo, and hopefully this project will come into fruition!! let's keep bumping this until then!

I don't usually step in to voice my opinion on here because I believe that everyone has a right to believe whatever they want...but in my opinion, and from what I've seen of soundbomber, the consistancy and fit of everything he wears is spot on...really pulls off that look that few can without looking terrible or overdone. Check out all his WAYWT posts and maybe it'll change your mind...

Is this going to be a noticable taper or will it be slightly tapered like New Standards? Also, would we be able to get a ballpark on the price? I'm considering F310 and SEXFH05, but I want a slim straight cut.
If I recall correctly, kiya stated that the SEXFH would be the second slimmest cut after (I THINK) the SEXI04's....although no real details have been released, I'm betting if you want a more slim straight cut you should get the F310's...especially if your a 31 because come April or whenever they release, I'm gonna be needing that size 31

Why wait for Mythbusters? I'm pretty sure there is someone on here with access to horses/a ranch? I'm sure we'd all appreciate a well documented experimentation...for starters on a pair of STF's...(Although we all know they probably wouldn't last...)
I wonder if anyone is willing to experiment on a pair of Iron Hearts?
