  1. have you watched HENRY: PORTRAIT OF A SERIAL KILLER yet? i've yet to be made more uncomfortable while watching a movie, except for possibly triumph of the will

Yeah I've seen it. Not that i didn't like it, but I think it's pretty tame by modern, or even old Italian, standards.

  2. You sound like an idiot, not trying to start an argument. There is pretty clear evidence of the reality of both sides. Epic beard man is clearly a delusional psycho, but an interesting one. Michael is regular person, who is humble enough to be willing to show his face after getting taken to the cleaners and needing amberlamps.

I think the most interesting part of this whole thing is that I guarantee that that bus fight was just one part of a crazy day of the crazy life of epic beard man, Fought in nam, went psycho, became a pimp, hit the click for 14 years, admits to killing people on camera. The delusions, the PTSD. What a great character.

  3. Bringing this back (obviously because I have school work I should be doing): Is anyone here in school for screenwriting, or went to school for it? My plan is to go to the Vancouver film school screenwriting program in a couple years. It seems like a good program, even if it's a little expensive by Canadian standards.

McGangBang at mcdonalds.. plus $1 sweet tea and some fries.

A McGangBang tastes good in the same way incest feels good. You enjoy it at the time, but things just aren't the same after.

I've been taking some time off fast food for a while. I haven't had Mcdonalds since November. It helps that Canadian fast food is kinda shitty compared to the artery-clogging glory y'all are blessed with down south.

  5. ^ya, I have some horribly disrespectful friends... especially when we go out to the movies or something because they are all ADD and will not shut up. they regularly answer their cell phones, go out for smoke breaks, ect... pisses me off because I always try to be a decent person and respect everyone else who's paying $10 to see a movie

If you talk in a (good) movie I will track you down after and pour bleach on your head (like in this story but reverse)

  6. Just to follow up, as per someone's recommendation on here I bought 2 pairs of black laces to replace those that died of old age on my black patent CPs from shoelacesexpress.com and they were the worst quality anything I've ever bought. All 3 that I tried snapped as I was trying to tie them the first time. Much rage ensued. If anyone has another suggestion I'd much appreciate it.

  7. I was walking up to my apartment building and I hear the sound of breaking glass through an open window on the 4th floor followed by: "What the fuck is your problem you slut whore bitch?!"

People really make some interesting expletive combos when they're angry. It got me thinking of all the strange ones I've heard throughout my life.

    Shit Dick

    Shit Fuck

    Fuck Shit

and not really a combo but humorous nonetheless, Penis Wrinkle.

I just want to note that it's been a long ass time since I encountered anyone getting into an argument like that. Definitely since moving away from Hamilton (with its unusually large sufu population). I feel like as a child I'd encounter quite often.

  8. For the record, Clopek, and you are my dude and all, but you don't seem to understand the numbers of which you are were referring. By definition, almost everybody at Mac is in the average intelligence range. Same thing goes for every other school in the world (unless there is one that uses a non-academic standard for getting in). Exceptional intelligence is rare by definition as well. I don't disagree with you about how it feels like most people are retards, but in actuality they aren't. Retards are retards. Those people at Mac or any college are capable of a whole lot. They just do not act on it for whatever reason.

On the other hand, you should be cautious about saying that you are in the 95th percentile. People tend to grossly overestimate their own abilities. 70% of all high school students in the US think they have above average leadership skills. Obviously far less than that actually do, even with a varying interpretations on that that means. Even more amazing, 95% of university professors think they do above average work (this is especially amazing since 5% is a pretty standard margin of error)!

My friend at Mac has a general intelligence in the 98th percentile. However he can barely read or right and is probably gets low sixties. So while he is probably statistically the smartest, or one of the smartest people there, he gets some of the lowest grades.
