  1. and the amount of hipster idiot guys with thighs twice the size of mine trying to pull off skinny denim has reached breaking point lately.

    Oh. the. nightmares...

I go through nightmare every day, living in Williamsburg. Sigh.

  2. Seriously we gotta have a superfuture party in NYC. After-party at my suite!

Damn, you suite'n it up in every city Mas? I like in BK but if you're gonna do it big, I'll second the suite party.

  3. I'm using this messageboard to sell my stuff. You are all ovbiously bored losers who sit on message boards on the internet all day, it's pretty sad. Why don't you get a girlfriend or something to keep you busy?

Wait, so you're insulting the same people you're trying to sell your product to--or am I mistaken from the first post on this thread?

    Yeah. Thought so.

  4. The layout is interesting--it's not centered and the choice of aesthetics for navigation and logo placement could be evaluated, especially in the context of the tiered sublink navigation system.

Logo size is not consistent--it's slightly smaller/larger in different pages.

Font choice could be improved with kerning, since it's image text and not body text.

Just off hand, sorry if it's not as in-depth as you would like.

  5. So did you cut/bend them yourself? And if so how did you manage to punch the holes and retain the inside edges of the punch?

The locks were completely hand made--carved and sanded using hand tools. The lace holes were initially drilled as tiny holes, then finely sawed for a rough estimated size, and finally carved for even sides.

  6. Hey Sidney, loving your silkscreens man! Are you making any more tee's in the near future? Would love to get one dude. Digging this little green guy;)

    Hey Ande,

I'll definitely keep you posted on when new shirts are finished being produced. This is one of the newer designs--we're switching over to fabrication from scratch in a factory in Bolivia so we'll see how that goes. Maybe I'll start a thread in a month or so for people interested. :)

  7. that hand gesture kills the photos.

Tired from a long 12 hour day of studio silkscreening and jewelry making. This one's for you headcoat. Sorry, my hands can only make two gestures as of this moment.

  8. So I had those pics of my girlfriend in the Geisha's on Flickr, and some of her friends saw them coz we uploaded them to her Flickr account as well (well, that particular friend is also a "friend" of mine at Flickr), but anyway, I logged onto Facebook and saw this asked on my gf's "wall":

and then I went to that other girl's profile and my gf replied:

    Haha, funny shit...

Converted the girlfriend, eh? Kudos. All that nasty denim talk finally paid off.

Tamrac Velocity 6. I especially love the fashionable pics they provide. But their Velocity series has a nice range from super small to larger shoulder strap bags that rotate forward when you need to use your camera.

The 6 holds a dSLR (w/o grip) with attached lens and one small spare lens. Good for day-to-day carrying around if you want to snap pics throughout.
