Soon needs to be sooner. I'm burnt out from working out here and I'm only going to be in the city for another two days.

I'm really tempted to jailbreak my phone, when i first bought the phone i'd already learned how to do it and downloaded the software to do it, but i chickened out having read in various places that it fucks your warranty. i mean if your phone breaks is it easy to fix, and is it really worth jailbreaking??

Jailbreaking is software-only. You can restore it to the latest OS version through iTunes if you need to bring it in for repair, etc.

oh, i thought you had to restore it to factory settings before upgrading to 3.0. or else it would brick the phone?

Maybe if you unlocked it; jailbroken OS' have always just defaulted post-upgrade. If you're scared, just sync and restore your phone, and then upgrade.

You can just upgrade normally through iTunes; please be sure to sync your data before you do so. Your phone will become un-jailbroken via update.

Don't trip. Going to a $50k/year private university has peaked in effectiveness for any potential salary advantages (sans the prestige). You're better off going to a(n) (arbitrarily) "lesser" ranked school or a local school and you'll turn up on the better side of things. Trust.

The short film preceding District 9, Alive in Joburg, was more succinct and concise — any substance was abandoned for sub-par action of the blockbuster variety after the halfway point.
