  1. Had some 33's. Returned them for 34's but I'm thinking they may be a little lower rise then I want after a soak. Brand new with tags. No pics yet because I don't have them yet, just sent back the 33's. Good price because I want a quick sale. I may not even sell but if someone wants them quick enough I'll probs just get rid of them. $165 shipped in the U.S., USPS Priority.

*** I got them in and did a soak and dryed them. The fit is great but they are a little lower rise then I want. I dropped the price since they have been soaked but they are unworn. Will post pics up tomorrow when I can get some natural light.

    MEASUREMENTS

    Waist: 33.75"

    Rise: 10.7"

    Thigh: 12"

    Hem: 8.8"

    Inseam: 34.5"

  2. I know these two are way different but which one? I have a NF Mountain Light jacket that I can use as a heavy winter jacket/storm shell but it's new and I'll sell it if I can to get the Canada Goose. But if I can't it's either the Dunderdon and some more jeans or just the CG. (I do have some Real Japan Blues coming in so I don't really need jeans but I would like to get a pair of PBJ's.)

  3. ^^^ Based on your picture, you are definitely measuring them incorrectly.

You have to first line up the front waistband with the back waistband by pulling up on the front part of where the shank is. Then you have to pull the sides of the jeans out to make sure you are getting a good stretch. Then you measure them. Guarantee you get at least an extra inch that way.

Thanks I wasn't aware of that. I just remeasured them following what you said and I did get an inch, they now measure 33.5". But that is still 1.5" off from what they are supposed to be.

  4. Sorry for the crappy pics, I had to use my phone. But they are good enough to see that they aren't 35". These are fully stretched too, like once I laid them flat I tugged on both ends a little to make sure I wasn't making a mistake. Maybe they made a mistake during production or something? And it's not even really 33". It's actually closer to 32.

  5. Yup, go to a size 34 and do a warm soak and you'll be set.

I never measured the 33's and just did and they measure 33" raw. Do you know what's up with that? That's 2 inches off from your chart. That's why they don't fit lol. Do you know if all the 105bsp's in stock have this problem?

  6. Just got these. Thinking about returning them for a 34 but I think the 34 may even be too small. So I might just sell these and try something else. If nobody has any interest within the next day though I'm probably just going to return them. $255 shipped USPS priority.

*** These measure way different then what SE has them listed at. They only measure 33" raw. So they will shrink to about 31" I'm guessing. Don't know why these are so off.

  7. although i will never dissuade anyone from buying a pair of WH, i love variety too. momotaro is probably the best made slept-on jean seen on sufu. the pink inseam stitch isn't for the squeemish, but it shouldn't make them ignored...real mc coys need to be shown more too. if you want a slim jean theres lots to choose from...

I agree. Momotaro makes the best stuff in my opinion. I had some 0201's and the fit was perfect and the denim was amazing. But that pink inseam ruins it I think. It is really bright and really stands out. Plus you see it all the time. Anytime you look down it's there. I know it's their thing but they really should consider changing it. It makes it look like your wearing girl jeans.

The 0201 is a really traditional fit imo. It's not too slim but not baggy. Just a classic timeless fit. And then they do the pink inseam which kind of ruins the traditional style I think.

  8. I just went through this whole thread and only saw one pair of Guitar Wolf's. I'm about to order a pair before the sale ends.

I'm not really liking the back pocket lightening bolts but they look like they fall apart easy enough.
