I would size down 2 from your true size. I've got a pair of 31 that has streched to a 34. If i was to buy another pair i would definately get a 30.

Can you explain exactly how you're measuring true size? I've heard it's just measuring your waist two inches below the belly button, but I am not sure.

I finally managed to get to a place where I could try on RRDS. Would you guys recommend buying the tightest pair that I can fit on, which is what the sales dude said, or going up one size? I've heard things like if I wear mostly Dunk-size shoes, I should go up one from the tightest pair I can put on? I can just fit into a waist 30; the jeans I own range from waist 30-32.

Also, I haven't been able to find a SSDS retailer yet, but what would you guys recommend for the Svens?

The housing market is slowing down, a bit, but the economy's pretty much humming as ever, even with oil down somewhat.

As for sizing, there's no H&M where I'm at. Of Zara, I have a light brown jacket from this season, fits well in a medium, small could be put on but was on the too-fitted side IMO. I've also got one size L tshirt and one size XL tshirt from Zara, and I love the way both of them fit.

Hope that helps, please let me know if I need to grab a measurement or whatever. I'm about 5'10, about 170lbs, and plan on dropping a couple, although I think it's mostly good weight from exercise.
