that's cool. The hostel idea was just a way to keep everyone at the same location as this usually contributes to a more memorable experience.

I've been talking to Beatle and we thought it'd be cool if we could arrange a supermeetup in NYC during early September timeframe as she will be in the States. We are thinking weekend of Sept 5-7. It'd be cool if we could make this official and get as many people as possible and all stay in the same hostel. Perhaps we could get BiG to sponsor an activity around the meetup?

So this thread is for developing ideas and fleshing out this meetup. I will update this post as we finalize plans.

I've tried to find a jean to rotate with my skull 5010's but alas, I have found none that I like as well.

i wear size 29 in dior mij. my real wiast size is about 33".

cj, those do look to be on the tight side. Perhaps give them a week of wear and see what you think. They will stretch.

Raoul, those look like a perfect fit. I hope it's post-soak otherwise you're totally screwed.

^ haha, Jesse, that's the exact same thing that happened to me. I wore mine for about 6 months, did a wash and could hardly move around in them. What's worse, i was out of town in a hotel when I washed them and they were the only jeans i had with me. I had to do 100 squats in my hotel room before I could even walk in them. I looked like a girl in my jeans rest of the trip. I sold them shortly after.

Based on your experience I would guess you sized down too much.

I've learned since then to initially hot soak all my un-sanforized denim, then dry in the dryer to avoid any surprises months later.
