a lot of you guys are my age and making a lot of money, but paying absurd rent. just curious why you don't buy some property? even if you sell in 3 years you won't be throwing rent down the drain, although you won't have much equity the way the housing markets going it's a great time to buy right now. and in the city a mortgage payment is usually just a tad bit more than rent anyways, at least in boston.

I own a condo here in SoCal. I've had it for the past 5 years and am pretty happy that I got it when I did. The value has dipped a bit, but it comes in real handy during tax time and there is just no replacement in knowing that the money you put in for rent goes to a semi-savings account.

I have to drive about an hour each way to work, but what I save in rent allows me to buy a shitload of technical jackets, every medicom/star war toy released, a motorcyle, and a decent vacation two week vacation to Asia (Taipei, HK) once a year.

I don't have as much as I would like, but I have a balance, and it's been feeling pretty good.

i don't mind at all. it's more of a holdover piece; i'm not out to win any awards or impress anyone. i just want something that's good looking, functional and reasonably priced. eventually i'd like to buy a stowa marine. at this point in my life (25) i couldn't conceivably spend more money than that on a watch ($1200).

The Dior is actually a pretty safe bet. With the seconds at 6 I believe it is using a modified Valjoux 7750, a staple amongst Swiss watchmakers. It is used from $5000 IWC Chronos to $1000 Hamiltons.

I think I have also heard that this movement is made by Zenith, or it may just be modifed by Zenith. Either way it is a solid movement in a very good looking chornograph.

Dior definitely did not fuck around with this watch. Mechanically speaking it is very sound, and on a differentl level then your Guess, or D&G.

This watch is also being discontinued and can be found at bargain basement prices. There was an event where this was available for $1600, about 50% off retail. I would have jumped had it not been for the fact that this is 32mm.

Basically, most if not all designer watches suck donkey dick, but every once in a while function succeeds in meeting design.

really good price. the sizing is what you can expect from redwing. if you plan on putting in your own insoles and wearing thick boot socks then size down about half size. if you plan on wearing regular tube socks and not putting in insoles then you cna go down a full size, to a size and a half.

Supreme Moleskin M-65 in Brown, and in size Large up for sale. Custom made by Alpha Industries for Supreme. This is the highly coveted waterproof M-65. It features ultra soft moleskin, and is very thick. Looks like most M-65s, but with a hood.

I am selling because I have managed to lose a lot of weight. I am 6 feet and 165lb, and unless I layer, the jacket seems a bit big.

Brand new Reigning Champ pinstripe crewneck in Gray, and hoody in navy blue (actually, it can easily pass for black). Both in size L.

Both come from Livestock in Canada, and in unworn condition. Crewneck has pockets, but is masked perfectly by the pinstripes. Hoody has really nice and heavy oversized zippers.

Condition: Brand New, and Superb Qualty. This is from the same makers of the crews and sweats for Supreme and Wings + Horn. The fleece is ultra heavy and thick, while extremely soft.

Fitment: This is too big for my frame. I am 6 feet and 163lbs, and I'll probably dip under 160 by the end of this month.

The shoulders are fine, but it's the width of the sweatshirt.

Pit to Cuff is 23 inches

Pit to Pit is 24 inches for the Hoody, and 23.5 inches for the Crewneck.

The measurement from the pit to the end of the sweatshirt are both 17.5 inches.
