yeah this lay out is horrible. a lot of extremely useful features that were on the old forums are gone. i used to be able to search for things using the tags so well, be able to look up user information and access my PMs in a flash. now all the stuff is scattered around so much and i don't see tags anymore. on top of this, the site seems to load significantly slower on a mobile phone than it did before.

there seem to be no improvements that make it more user friendly or easier to read. it seems like they just tried to make it look prettier instead of making it actually better.

i really hope the people who run this site read this and revert back to the old forum.

if they don't, i'm pretty sure a lot of people are prepared to jump ship and make a whole new shopping forum with a jawns-concept and not a megadot-concept

please go back to original forum as it was a leaner, more efficient, easier to read and more user friendly design!!!!!

Haha, I don't need the wifi.. Verizon gives me great service in my area and the internet is fast. The Iphone has a lot of great features, but i was looking for a phone that had a replaceable battery, better camera, expandable options for memory, faster email, among other shit that I like.

Didn't think this'd turn into a "shit on the storm" thread but whatever.. I personally prefer the suretype keyboard on this thing to the iphone's, as well as the ability to send and recieve mms and forward text messages.

Honestly while it isn't as good as the iphone when it comes to user experience, I still like it. The thread didn't start off "hey guys, my phone is waaaaay better than the iphone, care to disagree???"

it was merely "do you have any cool apps to make this shit cooler" type of thread.

While we're in this thread, does anyone know where I can buy lightbulbs that are bright fucking white. I'm tired of my room looking all yellowish, its horrible especially for picture taking. I usually have to go outside and take pictures of things I need to sell outside, which means I can only take pictures during the day (if its sunny). Anyone know what kind of lightbulbs look as close to sun light as possible?

What do you guys do when your computer is just a tiny bit too slow (noticeably slower than it used to be) even though you haven't added any new programs or done anything that would cause a noticeable slowdown? I've tried updating prebindings in mainmenu, clearing caches and all that junk.

Do I just need more ram or what?

Okay, so who <i>else</i> got one of these this weekend? So far the phone is off the fucking hook for me. But then again, its also my first Blackberry. I'm liking the browser so far, loads sufu and all of the images in the for sale threads very nicely. I like the email which was easy to set up and is very fast.

Have downloaded AIM and Flickr apps which seem to work alright as they were already on previous Blackberrys. Are there any other very useful apps for this shit? Looking for some free kind of thing like Google maps but don't want to download that if there is something better. VZNav is cool but I don't need that much assistance, just something fast that shows me street names.

Any other cool things I can do with this phone? Am checking other forums as we speak too so if I find anything cool I'll post it here, too.

i use the application known as Transmission for torrenting.

my ratio used to be 3.5 and is now 0.92.

why? because i rename my albums, as soon as i rename them, they are no longer seedable.

does anyone know of another torrent app for mac that lets you rename albums before they start downloading (like utorrent does) that does not take up too much RAM?

i don't like justice, but i have fun to their music whenever its playing at house parties, in friend's cars on the way to a bar or house party, etc. but i don't listen to them on my own time.. but hell, i listen to a lot of other shit that would be deemed "corny" on this site.

i'd go to one of their shows because they seem fun, not because i wanna see how they perform live.. if i wanted to see how someone perform's live i'd go see some rock band.

in short, if corny hipsters listen to shit that i like, i'm not just going to stop liking it. and if you do, you're pretty corny yourself. everyone's a little corny, fuck is wrong with that? just live.
