I like this collection. Although other designers have recently revisited the Mod and Teddy Boy looks, this presents it in a much more polished and formal way.

^^^ You could try Paraboot, Visvim, Ursus Bape...or cheaper options like Cebo or Gravis

17. Some random beezy I just met at a club in Niagara Falls. Led me to a dark alleyway between the club and Ripley's Believe It Or Not. Mad toothy. Had to cut it short. Not a good first bj, but I haven't really had bad a one since then.

i don't know the age demographic here, but if you did, rep for you.
Why would you want to rep someone for going to a basketball game/concert?
If anyone is deserving of rep, it's the great and talented, not the people that witnessed greatness or try to write themselves into it.

I hated their last collection. This one is dope. The proportions are spot on for the most part....and they made better use of that New York City graphic.

This is a solid modern Teddy Boy collection. I really like the flecked wools and 50's cut shirts. Been seeing that cut turn up a lot in the past few years.

pointer is not menswear
neither is carhartt
neither are totes
True, totes aren't menswear. But they're effeminate as fuck and belong in this thread for the simple fact that most of these #menswear afficinadoes love to present a prim, mincing image. I've never seen a man use a tote and not look the opposite of masculine. But if that's the look you''re going for, fine.

Volga Volga black linen jacket
From the Spring/Summer 2009 Collection
Perfect weight for Fall and Spring months
The tailoring on this thing is incredible. It's cut like a slim jean jacket with a hidden placket. Features a paneled design with 7 different textured weaves of linen. You have to see it irl, under close inspection to really appreciate the subtleties of the fabric and detail. Like the metallic weave on the underside of the pocket flaps and front placket. (see pics)

I'm about 5'7~8 at 150 lbs currently. Here's a picture of me:
I don't really have any particular style in mind, just clothes that fit me well, but not too snug. I currently wear Levi's 514's and I don't mind the fit. I don't like skinnies, though. I appreciate everyone giving solid brands for staple pieces.
I'm thinking about getting a pair of APC New Standards. It'll be my first real pair of demin. Should I really wear them every day for 6 months straight, before the first wash?
Thanks again all, cheers.
Buy higher-quality jeans. Raw (or one-rinse) denim would be a good start. APC's denims are nice enough, but you could probably find a cheaper pair of raw denim at The Gap that fit just as well. Don't wear a crew neck t-shirt under polo (or any collared shirt for that matter......unless you're wearing the collared shirt fully unbuttoned). A V-neck undershirt is fine if it doesn't show.
